I'm not a gamer, just a basic computer user, e-mail-websites-youtube-videos-photos-office programs. Works great, would work even better if we had faster internet connection {not the computer's problem}. VERY basic keyboard and mouse, budget for an upgrade. Not much in the way of preloaded programs, this is a plus. USB 3.0 ports {2} are in the back. Smallish internal power supply. Got the unit on a great Best Buy sale for $500. A lot of value in this unit, plus it is not a mini desktop but smaller than our previous units. Checked power input switch before plugging in, set at 115 AC and worked as expected when plugged in. Easy set up, program updates took a while. Keyboard and mouse are on USB connectors. So far so good.

Windows 10 in not the best. Can not use any non Windows 10 programs on the computer. Even by changing the compatability settings. Can install, but when ran received error codes on program startup. Advertised as having 2 HDMI outputs, but had 1. Graphics no the best. Price was the best thing about it. Should have waited.

This is truly a Best Buy as I bought it for under $500. I was impressed how quick the hard drive was without replacing it with a SSD. I was disappointed that the specs showed it has 2 HDMI output and there is only 1 and 1 VGA. This felt like a huge upgrade from my Toshiba laptop that was touchscreen with a SSD and i7 with 12GB of RAM. Didn't make sense to me, but I like that I can hide this out of the way and it is not taking up desk space that my laptop was. Great Value.

There is an intermittent problem where the monitor does not recognize the video signal from the computer, and then the monitor shuts down and then I have to restart the computer couple of times before the monitor recognizes the computer is on. The computer came with an HDMI cable to connect to the monitor. I removed the HDMI cable and used a regular VGA cable (that I purchased myself) and used it to connect the computer and the monitor. So far worked great. I do not know if the problem was with the monitor or video card (HDMI interface) (The HDMI cable looks okay)

This is a great desktop for the price. I am not certain why some reviewers had issues with this desktop. All published features were included in the desktop. The computer is fast and has a good amount of RAM and hard drive capacity.

Intel Core I7 - 8gb Memory - 2tb Hard Drive would satisfy any one who needs a powerful desktop for gaming, photoshop, video editing. Would be even nicer if one could add a SSD drive for faster booting and file opening.

I have had this HP for 3 weeks i am very satisfied with it.I got it at a great price Dave the sale men was a big help he show me this one on clearance.

....but as there are no half stars I will go with four. I have had problems with this computer in the past---so much so that Best Buy gave me a replacement computer. But looking back, I think some of the problems were with working with Windows 10 and not being used to it. Now that I am familiar with Windows 10, I am really enjoying the speed of my new computer. Still a tad 'squirrly', but what computer/system isn't? Overall satisfied with the product and would recommend buying it....

I bought this pc for $499 about a month ago during Best Buy's Anniversary Sale. So far so good. I did not use the keyboard & mouse that came from HP but my Microsoft wireless keyboard & mouse from my old Acer PC. The 6th Gen Intel® Core™ I7-6700T processor is fast enough for me but I'm not a gamer and there are faster processors by Intel available. I uninstalled McAfee Anti-virus since that was a trial version & installed the Norton Security Package available to me from Comcast since I get my internet service thru them. Overall, I'm happy with this PC so far especially considering the price I paid. Hopefully, I'll get 8 years out of this PC just like my last desktop.

This computer is fast, has all the features I needed but takes a little time getting used to Windows 10.

With the I7 processor and 8 gig of ram, it is more than enough for any home user. Excellent machine. I would purchase it again if I needed another one.

Just received this computer and so far I love it! So much faster than my old one! So much lighter and more compact.

I am very pleased with the speed of the computer. Also, much lighter than my old tower. I am not very excited about windows 10.

i have bought several of these for family members and friends. they all love the performance and especially the price.

I am very happy with the computer; no complaints there. I am a little disappointed with the keyboard though. You have to hit the keys quite hard. I was used to a soft touch keyboard but couldn't use it with this new computer. Not compatible. Also the mouse is not the best quality and I will be replacing that shortly.

Fast processor, huge hard drive storage. Quick startup, latest windows operating system.

I bought this computer when it was on sale for $499. It was extremely easy to set up. Wireless worked well with printer and connecting to wireless router - no problems getting them running. The Bluetooth worked flawlessly with my wireless keyboard and mouse. It operates much faster than my 6 year old HP machine. To date this machine has run flawlessly and I would recommend this item.

This computer is to be used in my business and I would have liked at least 12gb of Ram so that I could upgrade the operating system to Windows 10 Pro. Not a big deal since I may or may not do the upgrade. Otherwise I'm happy with the purchase.

I just use it for watching movies, streaming, and browsing the internet. It's pretty fast and the price was 499.99. Good deal. So far I've had no issues. Nothing negative to say. I don't use it for gaming so I can't comment on that.
