Love the Virgin Mobile Paylo Program

Wish they would leave things alone, though. Used to be able to buy $25 card, not anymore, now it's $30 for the same monthly service.

Beats average phone rates
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Before Virgin mobile, I payed nearly double with U.S. Cellular for only 250 minutes and no texts. With this $30 plan, I receive 1500 minutes and 1500 texts per month.
