And for an extra 4 dollars paid for the service plan, you cannot go wrong. Is the mic or ear piece stop working, all you have to do is bring it back to the store to get a new one. I am 100% happy with this purchase and the quality of the product.

Work well for the money

We’ve purchased the more expensive brands and they eventually had problems with the connection. We decided to go a cheaper route and buy this headset. The headset works well for the price.

Better than the microsoft headset

The volume levels are very loud and the microphone had excellent and clear reception. My only complaint is the over-the-head part seems to be made of cheaper plastic than the rest of the product.

Good replacement

This works better than the stock headset. The only problem i have with it is that the lights stay on even when the headset is turned off draining the battery when not in use.
