But when they advertise a free month of game pass ultimate the hoops that you have to jump through to get this code is absolutely ridiculous. The website doesn’t accept the code for ultimately you have to reach out to Xbox. Then pdp then to Best Buy because no one communicates with anyone. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. And it’s simply for all this I’ve had the controller a month now. And still no resolution

I play FPS games that means instant death. Happens about once every 10 minutes. After a lengthy and involved warranty process through PDP (including video of the glitching and photos of the controller), they agreed to send a new controller IN 2 WEEKS. Would not recommend if you want to game.

My eyes tend to get distracted by the color of the controller. Sounds weird, I know. But it's sort of like when certain controllers have a glowing light, and your eyes get distracted by the glow. In this case, there is no light, only the color of the controller.

The micro USB part to the controller would move just a little while using the controller to turn off the controller. I tried many different tactics on how to keep the controller steady or making the cord not move. The slightest of movement again would turn off the controller.

Stick to the microsoft controllers

This one started having issues about 1-2 minths into owning it. Left stick and LB no longer function properly.
