The Nintendo Switch is a great device however you need to protect it. The screen is plastic, not glass, which means it won't shatter but it can scratch. The dock has been known to put a scratch on the switch. This cover does the basic of making sure that doesn't happen.

It is a screen protector. Does it protect the screen - sure does! however, I found the applicator to smooth out air bubbles was a bit cheap(its a folded over piece of cardboard) and it actually left a scratch in the screen protector. However, I only bought this screen protector to keep my switch safe when removing or putting it back into the switch dock/cradle - and it is doing that. When I play in handheld mode I believe it cuts down on the glare a little, but I do hate the light scratches the screen protector has from the cardboard applicator. Is it the best screen protector out there for the switch? No. But for less than $10 - its not a bad pickup and DEFINITELY buy SOME protector for your switch.

It does its job and does it well! More affordable than other glass screen protectors but maintains the quality of protection. Not to mention the included microfiber cloth is a nice touch! A must-have for any Nintendo Switch owner!

Make sure you clean thoroughly, and place carefully. Minus a star for an issue with cold temperatures(seems to peel off slightly when in cold temperatures, but when warm again, readheres without problem

These days, any item with a screen seems to need a screen protector, but none more than something intended for games. The PDP Ultra Guard Screen Protector for Nintendo Switch went on bubble free and pretty much disappears in to the glass. It has a smooth touch, it is glare free, and keeps the screen free from scratches.......what more could you ask for? Oh, and at a great price.
