Poor Off-Brand Xbox Controller

Also, the controller adds static to your mic that makes it impossible to play with friends. Even though the controller plugs right into the xbox ready to go, this doesn't justify the controller's inability when a controller straight from Microsoft will work just fine.

Defective button membranes for all. AVOID.

I'd unstick it with a cut drinking straw. Thirty minutes later, stuck again. Read that this problem runs rampant. Tried to submit a warranty claim, and even they admitted this is a common problem with their product, but I no longer have "proof of purchase." Tried to just fix it myself, but getting every button back in alignment before reassembly is impossible.

Well, those replacements both are now not working with the same issues and I cannot return them any longer. Bad quality, stay away.

Second Controller to have Stuck Buttons

The previous one I purchased, the Y button became stuck, on this one the A button became stuck. The quality of the switches underneath must be poor for this to keep happening. Will be trading this in for a different brand definitely. Would not recommend!

I treat the thing like gold but they still break!!. play I've had protection so I've been able to return it but I'm done with this I'm going to get the official Xbox series x controller
