Another good Tomihiko Morimi adaptation!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I sought this one out because I like other adaptations of Tomihiko Morimi's novels; it met the expectations those set. It's a pleasant story about a precocious and scientifically-minded 4th-grader researching and trying to make sense of the appearance of penguins in his Japanese suburb with the help of classmates and his friend, a young adult woman who works at his dentist's office. The art is a treat for the eyes, and I found myself smiling and laughing throughout.

Not Very Exciting
