The dvd was in great condition and it played well on my dvd player. I got it for a great price of about $2.99. The movie itself was full of action and mystery. It was well made.

I found this film to be a very solid sequel that fans of the Percy Jackson franchise are certain to find enjoyable. The special effects are convincing and the storyline delivers.

Our family was very excited to see this movie. It has a fun story, pertaining to Greek mythology. Not as much action as part one but still worth buying. We are looking forward to #3.

Ok, so I will admit up front that I have not read the books, but when the title hints at the Sea of Monsters, well one would surmise there would be adventure on the high seas involving monsters. Not so much in this case... The movie sets up some context for the narrative, but by the time the journey really begins, a short boat or Boats ride away you are at the finale. Simple Entertainment, but leaves more to be desired along with a cliff hanger with the potential for a continuation of the story... if this one made enough...

I was really looking forward to the second installment of Percy Jackson. Unfortunately, I don't feel this movie was as good as the first, but I still found it enjoyable.

My daughter loves this movie. It is action packed as with the other Percy Jackson movies. There were several cool effects that is quite amazing althought its IMAX version is much more engaging. The cyclops is one of our favorite characters in this one.

Originally watched this movie on my first date with my husband so thought I'd buy this as one of his anniversary gifts.

Who's plotting against the Gods? Percy must fight an old foe as he tries to prevent something tragic from happening.

My son has read the books, and enjoys this series. In my opinion the movie adaptation leaves something to be desired, but none the less still a fun watch.

While this isn't Citizen Kane it is a very good film with a different spin on Greek Mythology. We enjoyed it and it is definitely recommended for anyone who enjoys the Percy Jackson books and liked the first film, it will not disappoint.

Not having seen the first installment; was not sure what to expect. Boy, was I wrong. This movie was great! The special effects, acting and story line was very entertaining. My whole family was glued to the screen watching this great movie.

After watching both movies, the sea of monsters had the best special effects but lacked with it's closing. There should have been more about Talia in the begining to offset the ending. The disc were free of scratches and had super clarity.

Although I like most films in 3D, the film aspect was entertaining as well. There is one silly scene with a robot bull but other than that it is worth the watch.

A pretty good follow up to the first movie. I would recommend watching them back to back.

Overall, excellent sequel to first Percy Jackson film. Excellent CGI, though some scenes show image softness, The DTS-MA lossless audio is reference quality, and a good candidate to demonstrate the capabilities of your home theater.

My family loves all the Percy Jackson movies and this one is no exception! Lots of action to take you away to far off places and get lost in an imaginary world. Great movie that we will watch again and again!

This movie delivers on expectations and is a fairly good sequel to the original film. The special effects are fairly good and story line is entertaining.

The whole family could watch it and enjoy it together. Those who read the book had insight the others did not. Maybe a little more polish on the script next time.

In my opinion, this is the better of the two Percy Jackson might movies, the plot is more intriguing and the characters are way more interesting! Plus, Nathan Fillion has a small part so that alone is worth seeing!

Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters on BluRay3D is awesome. I know I am one of the few out there that actually enjoys 3d movies, but this one is fantastic. The 3D is well done and not filled with the gimmicky types you normally see.
