I haven't played an to in a long time due to feeling like I have to make a big investment but I was able to play this one in smaller chunks, leading to me becoming engrossed in the story at my own pace and eventually playing for over 60+ hours without even seeing everything on offer. Lots of value, great gameplay and story, the steel book looks amazing. Definitely recommended

I highly recommend P5 to anyone who likes JRPGs or RPGs in general. Every aspect of this game is finely crafted and the visuals, music/sound design and gameplay all merge into one immersive and addictive experience. P5s turn based combat proves the FF series could still learn a lot without trying to reinvent the wheel each time. Can't wait to beat the game and NG+ it!

Never been the biggest fan of JRPGs, only liking a select few personally, but its hard not to like what Persona 5 has to offer. A super stylized world with great characters, combat and story, wrapped into one beautiful package of a game. I've put many hours into already and plan to put many more in the future. For fans of previous Persona games, and JRPGs in general.

Without giving away any spoilers, this game continues the tradition of the series. Remarkable game play, involved story, quality soundtrack, vastly improved visuals, and a smooth interface. If you played persona games before, Persona 5 will not disappoint. If you're new to the series I'd RECOMMEND trying persona 3 & 4 first (but not mandatory for Persona 5 story).

I loved the story and the characters had a lot of personality. The Persona system of combining demons took a lot of time, but were rewarding. I still think it's the most fun RPG I've played on the PS4 and I plan on buying the sequel that's coming out next year. The Steelbook was a nice addition to this purchase.

Persona 5's decadent visuals, gorgeous style, and luxurious UI are all great reasons to be interested in this game. You will not find a game that exudes this much class in quality this year, I'm almost certain. While these are excellent reasons to be interested in this game, however, the story and characters are also top shelf. Character development, story execution, and themes are all high bar and surpass even some of the classics. I would definitely not recommend this to a gamer who is new to RPGs or Persona, as much as it pains me. There are too many limiting factors such as the daily "grind" and decisions of "what 1 task do I perform before going to sleep". Most die hard RPG fans and Persona lovers will be used to this but I feel the cost would be too high for beginners. Outside of this however, you could find a solid gem here if you are new though I would suggest borrowing it first. Streamers beware: This game has some really stringent streaming restrictions. Please view Atlus' rules on streaming this game. Most of the game is blocked on Hardware level from streaming on PS4's community to understand how deep these restrictions go. Stream at your own risk.

One of the best rpgs ever made. Turn based combat is not my favorite but trust me, the combat in this is phenomenal.

I've never played a Persona game previous to this. Though there's a lot of mechanics to get used to, it's an interesting story with fantastic characters. The graphical style is also eye catching and fits the game so well. I highly recommend this to fans of JRPGs and those who can appreciate an anime graphic style.

I'm a first timer to the Persona series and this has been an excellent one to start off on. The style is excellent and the story is intriguing. People that want fast paced action will probably be turned off by it. This is a game that will take 90+ hours to finish and is meant to be enjoyed at a slower pace.

This game has to be one of the greatest games I have played in a long time. Everything about this game flows and bounces. The story for this game is also one of the greatest I've had the pleasure of playing, and it's by far my favourite game of the series. I don't regret my 200+ hours of gameplay at all

I've never played any of the Persona games before (though I have played 3 of the related-series Shin Megami Tensei games) and must say that I'm impressed. In particular the game absolutely oozes lots and lots of style. The music is fantastic too. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that likes JRPGs.

I'm new to the Persona franchise, but this game has been a blast to play! It's estimated to take just under 100 hours to complete this game. The art style is comic book-like and is a game that I never thought I would enjoy playing, since I normally don't enjoy anime style games. Definitely worth a buy!

Man, this game is a lot of fun. I can't describe the great look and feel this has, it just needs to be played. Great fun for someone who enjoys JRPG's. The soundtrack is also great. P.S. For anyone scared that this game is too much for newcomers, I had never played a Persona game before this one.

Persona 5 is a great game with a multitude of systems present that are presented in an extremely polished way. The way the story progresses and the characters met along the way are top notch and the music is some of the best I've heard in a video game. It deserves all of the praise it receives.

This game has fantastic graphics, music and high production values. The user interface and transition screens have a very slick presentation. This was my first Persona game to play and I definitely plan to go back and play the other entries in the series. Highly recommended for RPG fans!

If you like turnbased RPGs get Persona5. I love games like Final Fantasy, and FF15 was a little bit of a letdown. Persona 5 is the JRPG I wanted, it has me so hooked, and I am 75 hours in, and still feel like I am only halfway done with the game. The art is so stylish I just love it!

Definitely a must own for ps4 players. Its almost a perfect game with a beautiful art style. The music is some of the best in any video game. And the story is so intriguing and will keep you wanting to play more and more. Easily put 70 hours in without it even feelin like 70 hours.
