I was super excited to receive my Petcube Bites Pet Camera. The packaging was very impressive – very nicely packaged in its carrying case with a handle on the side – it sort of reminded me of Apple’s packaging for the MacBook’s laptops. The setup was pretty straightforward – download the application on your phone, setup an account, plug in the device and connect to it. Then, just fill the large storage compartment with the Wellness dog treats it comes with! I used it a few times the first day and then for some reason the wheel that spins to release the treats from the upper compartment stopped working – I ordered a replacement and received it the very next day – great customer service with quick response time. I’ve had that unit for about three weeks now and it’s working great and making my puppies super happy! I read some reviews that the treats get jammed but I have not experienced that with mine. My dogs love it – I get notifications when the camera picks up their motion and I catch them licking the little compartment that dispenses the treats! haha I really like that I can add family members to access the camera and shoot out treats too! It’s endless entertainment!

Set up was fairly easy. I couldn’t connect to the wifi immediately, but was able to resolve it on online chat within 5 minutes. It was quick and accurate customer service. The wide angle lense allows me to see the whole room. It has motion detection sensor and records video for 30 second increments when the app is set to awake mode. You can turn it to sleep mode also if you don't want to record. I love being to check in on her when I am gone and see what she is up to. It is sturdy and well-made and you can hang it or just set it on a table. It dispenses 2-3 small treats at a time. It is awesome that I can access and operate all of this on my phone. I love my Petcube!

I bought this as a family Christmas gift. We were leaving town for two weeks and thought this would be a fun gadget to a )feed the cats some treats and b) check in on them every once in a while. Of course, the neighbor was coming in to feed them daily but the kids always worry about the cats being lonely. Setup was a breeze, only took a few minutes. We put it in our hallway which we figured out was a clear shot to spew out treats. Cats immediately loved this and soon tried to knock over the Petcube to get more treats so we engineered my daughter's hairband to tie the Petcube to the legs of our console table to prevent future attempts. We found the best treats that both the cats and dog like that work well in this machine are the cat treats Dentalife. They are big and round so they only spit out 3-4 treats at a time. The dog is happy to eat cat treats so that's not a problem. The quality of the video is great! Even nighttime mode looks awesome. You can also turn the audio on to talk to the animals which totally confuses the dog but oh well. This is a spendy product but worth it. Just make sure to buy it on sale. I would not pay over $200 for it as I've seen it around $160 on sale. Still a chunk of change but we are definitely enjoying this toy and gives us piece of mind when we are out of town.

We just recently purchased this product & we love it! 1 of our dogs gets anxiety when we leave the house, & we worry about it every time we are out. With the pet cube bites not only can we easily monitor the dogs, we can also talk to them & throw treats! Could not have asked for a better product. We are so glad we purchased this as it has eased our worries tremendously.

I didn't have high expectations of this device. It isn't made by a well known brand so I was expecting Kickstarter level. Overall, I've been very impressed. The camera works great with a huge wide angle lens and the app functions very well. The treat feature is a great benefit and our dog absolutely loves it. Just as a note, the treat dispenser shoots out more than 1 treat every single time. My only negative is the size. The thing is HUGE mainly due to the giant treat holder. I almost returned it for that reason since I did not think the unit would fit where I wanted. Luckily I didn't return it since it is a great product.

I purchased this to use while I travel for work. The first one I bought, I couldn't get to connect to my wifi. I exchanged it and was able to get this one up and running quickly. It has good camera quality. There are a few things that need improvement though. When speaking to your pet, there is a delay in the voice and it often makes very loud weird noises. Not sure if it is because it is to sensitive to noises on the other end. Also the treat thrower sometimes throws several treats and other times it spits out one. Overall it is good but I was hoping for a little better quality.

Great quality video and fun to watch the dogs while you’re not home to see what they do when no one is around. Also feeding them treats is cool

The video quality is excellent both day/night vision! My dogs respond well to it and the voices are very clear. The treats that come with it are rather small so it will fire four at a time but the recommended 1 inch treats work better. Really enjoy the timeline videos! I was upset about the cost of subscription for the year, but I can live without it.

Had the original Petcube for 2+ yrs, so decided to try this one. It's absolutely great. Installation took literally less than one minute - all you need to know is your wi-fi password, and that's it. The product comes without a manual for a good reason - you really don't need one. The quality of the picture is great, hi-rez. Treats fly well and my dog loves it! One suggestion - the product should come with a sample of treats - otherwise you can't really test it until you order the treats. But once you have - it works perfect.

Very cute packaging with a handle up top & little envelope to reveal the starter guide. My two dogs were thrilled watching me fill the treats into the container and sat there patiently waiting to see what was going on. Once I was ready to click on the app for the treats to shoot out, they were trying to catch it very fast! Took them the second try to catch it in mid-air. Camera coverage is awesome, so is having multiple treats come out! Loveee the excitement on their faces & the nice steel finish.

I bought this to see what my 2 big dogs and new kitty were doing while I was away. This is both entertaining and comforting! You can also reward your pets with treats - I have found that my 12 week old kitty is smarter than my dogs! He hears the sound of the treat dispenser and comes running! Anyone with a pet should buy one for a peace of mind and entertainment system!

Best pet camera out there! I have a belkin pet cam and it’s nothing compared to this. I love how this camera helped me keep an eye on my pups and help train one of them how to behave outside the crate. This also doubles as a great home security product! Only downside is that you cannot control the camera to rotate.

I bought this specifically for the purpose of monitoring my dogs problem barking when i'm not home and quickly discovered it was worse than I thought. Unfortunately the audio quality is fairly awful so I don't use it very often but the camera and treat feeding mechanism work great! I get notifications on my phone when noise or motion is detected so I can check in on my dogs and see what's going on. The night vision function also works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product, despite the poor quality audio.

We are so in love with Petcube Bites. This camera has been making us so happy that we can cheer Maska up at any time by tossing treats and talking to him, especailly when we have to be away from him at work. Thank you Petcube!

This is a great pet cam to watch and talk to you pet on camera. And launching the treats are awesome. The dog sits and stares until something comes out.

The camera is good. I use it to check on my puppy throughout the day. Sometimes the picture is choppy. I am thinking it's interference from another one of my devices.

I don't think my wife gets any work done at her job because she's always checking in on the dogs. Camera works great and it's super clear

Our family loves this treat machine/camera. It is interactive, so you can turn on the camera, talk to your pet, and "fling" a treat to them! Our dog absolutely loves it! You can even set a time to automatically give a specified quantity of treats! I had a few questions when I set it up, but the support team was very responsive. I highly recommend this product if you are away from your furry friend at all during the day or night. You can just dial in and check on them, talk to them, and give them treats! What a great idea! <3

Camera is really good on this compared to the older model. I especially like the night vision because you don't have to have turn the lights on (which in my case made my dogs thing I would be home soon) to check on your pets. My dogs are a little skittish of when I throw treats but I am hoping they will get past it. Overall, a great purchase!

I really enjoy the Pet cube. It is easy to install and great to keep a watch on my animals while away from home.
