Q: How far can/will the treat go?
A: Hi, thanks for your question. Petcube offers three flinging distances, short, medium and long and it can go from 0.5m on short setting up to 4m on long setting. But it also depends on the shape of treats, some treats may go even farther than 4m. Hope this helps! A: Hi there, To put Petcube Bites into setup mode, please take a pin or a paper clip and hold the start button (a tiny hole) under the USB port for 3 seconds, until the LED light changes in colour to a darker green. Q: Is there any monthly fee associated with using this product or using or accessing the app?
A: There can be, yes, but it is not required to use the PetCube. When you begin using the product, you have a 7-day trial period for PetCube's 24/7 monitoring service, called PetCube Care. This service automatically records any video of movement (and sound if you choose to record both), so long as you have the PetCube on, and saves it for you to view or keep at any time. After the trial period ends, you have access to the last 4 hours of recorded time at absolutely no charge. You are able to purchase different monthly (or yearly) plans if you would like to save the recordings for days at a time (they currently offer 3-day video history at $4.99/month or $49/year, 10-day video history at $9.99/month or $99/year, and 30-day video history at $24.99/month or $249/year), but this is not required to continue using the PetCube, the app, or to view the camera feeds.
