We have had some trouble with this connecting to our internet. Been a bit frustrating.

I am so glad I decided to get this product. It lessens my worrying whenever I have to leave my dog at home. It was very neatly packed, and the phone app is very user-friendly. The camera has good quality, and the treat shooter is working well. I like how I can catch my dog's attention with the treats when she's not in view of the camera. What I love most about this product, though, is how I get to watch a bunch of adorable videos of what my dog was up to when I wasn't around. I definitely recommend this product to any pet owner who worries how their pet is doing at home when they're away.

As soon as I heard about Petcube bites I knew I had to have it for my furry baby. My goldendoodle usually stays at my apartment while my husband and I go to work and now we get to check on him daily and talk to him. He still gets a little scared when he hears our voice through the machine but he definitely loves those treats. I like that I can share what my puppy was doing live through Petcube Bites camera on Facebook live. We got a lot of compliments on the quality of the camera. It is the easiest camera set up and the app works perfectly. Also love that I can add friends or family to the app to see how my puppy’s day is going and shoot some treats to him too. I definitely love spying on my doggy while I am at work or elsewhere, like on the picture I uploaded you can tell he is in his bed sleeping. Check out that quality.

Great concept but unless you have impeccable WiFi you won’t be able to see your pets on the video clearly

App Is not the best and only one person can do the feeding so that was a deal breaker.

THIS IS SO MUCH BIGGER THAN THE PICTURE SHOWS. AND THE TREATS DISPENSER SENDS CRUMBS EVERYWHERE

I have two cats and one dog, which worked perfectly for all three. They now sit patiently in front of the Petcube waiting for treats to spit out. The design of the petcube is nice, sleek, and space efficient. Connecting the petcube on the app is very easy, but for some reason it has issues connecting to the wifi, which is why I had to bump it down to four stars instead of five. The petcube support team was quick to respond and helpful in resolving the issue. Aside from the wifi issues, I love how easy it is to work the app. I would recommend this to all pet lovers!

very distorted picture and voice over.after buying i found out that there is a subscription for it...once the free trial ended i was greatly dissapointed. Would not recommend

Such a great gift for any crazy dog mom or dad - we have two little poodle mutts that took to it immediately. Really effective and fun way to check in on them throughout the day. It was super easy to set up (love the app!), and the pups love the Wellness Petite Treats that came with the unit. Can't recommend it enough!

I bought this after a bad experience with a different brand camera. The experience with the PetCube has been AMAZING! It was super easy to set up and I had it connected about 5 minutes after it arrived at my door. My dogs learned to head to the treat dispenser after the second time turning it on. They are definitely interested in the camera and the one with separation issues has been calmer during the day with the camera on. I would definitely buy this again and may even get a second!
