So far we have had a really good experience with this feeder, but beware - some brands of cat food play better than others. Round Pellets tend to fair better.

I got this pet feeder to use for my cat while I was out of town for 5 days. I still use it even though I'm at home. It's nice because it tells you when your pet is fed and my cat likes to wake up early so this way I can sleep in.

This feeder is easy to program and easy to install. It works like clockwork feeding and sending alerts to your phone for feeding times or when it is time to refill the food. Buy it and you won't regret it.

My cat loves this feeder. She used to wake us up at 4am for breakfast. Not anymore! Set a timer for 3 meals a day and no more empty food bowls being hurled across the kitchen requesting to be fed!!

Had it for almost a year and no problem. Download the app and set everything up with your phone. Love it when I’m going away and I don’t have to worry about feeding my cat.

So far it has worked pretty good. I did elevate the back to help keep the food from jamming up. Petnet is sending a ramp they made for free. I haven't received it yet. It attaches to the feeder and looks great from the pictures I've seen. The only other problem I had was the bowl seems to disconnect, which prevents it from feeding. I think it's due to how I had mine elevated, which may have been causing it to loose its connection. I think the petnet ramp may fix that problem too.

Product works wonderfully and helps make keeping my dog on schedule so much easier.

this is the second feeder i have purchased. works as described and integration with other products is a nice touch. There is no ability to have two feeders on the same account. the whole point for me is to monitor and maintain what my cats eat which i can only do by signing up for a second account with a different email... they say feature coming. great for one cat or cats that share food

I love having the ability to feed my dogs a “controlled” portion of food from work. I dont have to be physically there, I can do it rom my phone. Yes!

Bought this system to be able to feed 2 outside cats when we are away. Set up was super easy & gadget works like a charm. So far I'm extremely pleased.

Set up was a breeze. Super easy to use. My cat even learned how to push the button for an extra snack when the bowl is empty!!!

This automatic feed is worth every penny and the. Some! I have two heathy sized cats, who love to gobble their food. With this feeder, I am able to feed my cats smaller portions throughout the day! In addition to the controlling the portion size, I no longer have the need to drop everything, run home to feed the fur babies. The only drawback is that the program only recognizes one pet? Nonetheless, it's a fabulous device!! Oh, and don't forget to get the ramp! It's free and it helps with the small pellets.

Easy to set up and easy to operate. My cat took to it immediately, and gives me peace of mind knowing she is always taken care of.

This feeder works great once you receive the ramp from the company. I did receive my ramp within 2 weeks of my purchase. This puts me at ease to know my pet was fed. If there are issues and feedings are missed I am also notified and I can send someone to feed my pet if I am far away. A definite win for my household.

Finally a feeder that has both a battery and a electrical chord, accurate feeding that can be programmed as often as I need, and has worked for more than 2 weeks. I just wish there was a way to make it divide portions into two bowls instead of one. Cause as much as I love it I'm not buying two at this price for two cats.

Bought this on clearance. Set up was easy. Runs if you lose power (There is a built in rechargeable battery). Connects up to 2.4Ghz wifi (my 5Ghz won't show) not a problem as data received and transmitted from device is just a short burst. No camera or sounds. After registering, the Petnet company sent me an email to receive a FREE ramp to help food fall. (I suppose they had an issue). Have had zero jams and happy cats!

After reading several reviews I decided to return this item. I think it is a great idea but I was concerned about the dependence on connectivity for my cat to be fed. I'm going to watch products like these because I think newer generations will work kinks out.

We needed a simple solution for our cat during weeklong family vacation. This worked perfectly. I love that I was able to adjust the amount of food dispensed. I was also notified each time the dispenser provided food or if a feeding was missed (after I had unplugged it). We no longer have to worry about what to do about our cat when we leave for certain periods of time. Also manual button to immediately dispense food

This feeder is awesome! I can control it from my phone and know when the feeder has dispensed food. Some people say we're lazy for not feeding our pets ourselves but that not at all the case. Our pet gets excited when he hears the food dispensing and comes to us before he eats. Sometime you get busy and just forget. Never a problem now. If you train your dog to ask permission to eat, it becomes a game for your pet. We all love it!
