This automatic pet feeder is incredible. It has made life much easier and our dog loves it.

Direction were very difficult to initially figure out. App can be a bit glitchy sometimes, but simply restarting the app usually solves the problem. Otherwise, the product is great and very convenient, whether you are in the next room or the next state over at dinner time!

Easy to use, nice to get notifications right on our phone when they are fed.

The product is a great way to have your dog eat healthy. The setup kept failing but I learned that if you don’t set it up in a certain period of time you have to turn it off and back on. It was great to see the food comparison to find out what is healthy

My cat Captain was born with an eating disorder that is probably common. If left to 'free-feed' he will eat until he barfs. With this feeder I can schedule amount and times so he doesn't overindulge and not get his required calories or nutrients. This has been a lifesaver. And he even kinda tells time now, with the routine feedings, he sits and waits for the feeding

At first my dog hated the machine as it was completely foreign to him. With time he learned to love it and I absolutely love especially on the days that I sleep in. This machine helps keep him on schedule; provides recommendations on what type of food to use; provides recommendations on how often to feed him and how much to feed him. Love it.

We love this smart feeder, it makes our lives so much easier and ensures our two cats get a consistent diet every day! It can be controlled through an app on your phone and it also links with Amazon Alexa (unfortunately not Google Assistant) so you can feed your pets with voice commands as well.

I had an issue connecting feeder to the internet, called the company and they answered right away and fixed the problem quickly. Great customer service. I use this feeder every day and have not had a problem with it, even went on vacation and my cat was fed. The phone app is easy to use too.

Works well. Bowl is finicky and needs to be locked in tight. App is OK but it's only the first version for Android. I'd guess it'll improve in future updates.

This is a GREAT pet feeder. We haven't had an issues with it thus far. It's nice not having to worry about the cat. Sometimes we do wish it had a camera built in, but most because we're curious how much time our cat spends sitting and staring at the machine during the day.

Best purchase ive ever made for my best friend he will never go starve again. Not only it gives you updates on every feeding, it also lets you know when its running low and just recently now you can set up so they can ship your pet food so you never run out!

This is a great automatic pet feeder. Only complaint is the food doesn't always slide down the ramp. Make sure to claim your free incline base from the petnet website.

I love this feeder, it keeps my pet on a schedule for feeding without issue. I am not sure the food measurement is exactly right but it is close.

This is worth every cent! It allows for you to set as many feeding times throughout the day as are appropriate for your pet in increments as small as 1/16 cup. Definitely has helped to track how much my kitten is eating and no effort required.

It has been one of the best devices I have bought, when I go out, I am confident that my pet-son won't skip a meal, and if the power goes out, it has a battery that will enter as a backup.

The phone app for this feeder is a little finicky but the feeder itself works as advertised and comes highly recommended.

As stated in many other reviews, the incline on the feeder bowl needs to be steeper for this to function properly, I have to prop mine up in the back by a good inch so the food flows down enough to avoid getting stuck near the auger. This is completely unacceptable and lazy on the part of the designers. App frequently disconnects from the Internet and you have to restart to get it to work. The feeder also doesn't allow for any customization on the feeder button on the front of the machine. It wont allow you to change the default amount when pressed. This seems like and easy software fix.

I tend too forget things in the morning or if I’m on the go and with the auto pet feeder I at least can never worry if I forget to feed my cat and bug a family member too feed him the exact portions

Got this for my Daschund and works really well. Can program it from your phone to any time(s) you like to feed your pooch.

it doesn't hold a charge. I dont like the idea of keeping it plugged in
