This franchise has been reissued on home video more times than I can count... most recently in an expensive Sphere cased collection of all 5 films. To their credit WellGo is releasing this double feature of the first two (and best) films fully remastered with Dolby Atmos sound. Part 2 is the uncensored version as well. Buyer beware of the packaging mixup that results in the discs not being the remastered versions at all but older budget release discs. There is a recall program on their website and you can request replacement discs.

Well Go USA has included the wrong discs for both movies. Disc 1 is supposed to be a dual layer disc with a Dolby Atmos sound. The included disc is a older printing single layer disc without the Atmos track. Disc 2 is supposed to have the uncut version of Phantasm 2. A small number of about 10,000 copies have the wrong disc for movie 2 with the R rated edition version. Well Go USA is only half admiting they mesed up and will send a replacement disc for movie 2. Of course I got the set with NONE of the upgrades listed. No atoms. No uncut versions. Had to mail Out for a disc replacement deal. Nice poster though

Great packaging and awesome movies. I love the extended cut of part two too
