Great E Bike! Really well packed and really easy to put together. Just installed front wheel and handlebars. I didn't need to adjust brakes or gears at all. I love the simple throttle operation rather than always needing to pedal like many E bikes. The direct drive motor is quiet and provides plenty of assist to help you get up hills. The hydraulic brakes are very responsive and you can stop with just one finger on each hand. Seat is comfortable and this bike can fit tall riders. Great value for these features and quality components.

Took 2 tries to get it delivered. Came mostly assembled - needed front tire and handlebars installed. Directions are vague and do not include close up pictures. Tires were mostly flat upon arrival. Very disappointing since my pump hadn't yet arrived. Frame is sturdy with some strong welds obvious. Otherwise, parts are bargain bin cheap. Feels incredibly heavy - particularly in the rear and especially with the battery installed. Is not an item I would order again or recommend to others.

Best bike ever purchased! I turn heads as I turn corners with my ultimate comfortable ride. Two thumbs up on this bike.

Nice bike, very stylish. However, it is not as stable as I would expect. It does not do well when goin up hill.

This bike is a really good option for commuting and to have fun. I bought it as a replacement for my car as I'm just 3 miles from work. The commute is so fun now with it. The battery last at least 4 days and the e-bike resembles a regular bike not too bulky. It can be quite heavy to carry by hand, but that's true for all e-bikes.

From the point of order to arrival date was about 12 days. Assembly was easy enough, and the bike was great. I road the bike daily to work, hauling a trailer with my kiddo dropping her off at her school along the way. About three weeks later, the battery stopped powering the bike. I went online to file a warrant claim, and took several tries trying to get their website to respond (ultimately it was an issue with the website not accepting the image of the receipt they requested.) I called a week later to get an update and spoke with a friendly professional rep. I walked him through the steps I had taken to trouble shoot the issue, and he offer another couple to try. When I called back the next morning with the results, it was identified that the battery had most likely developed a fault. I was told there would be a new battery shipment in soon and after testing it would be shipped out ASAP. Three weeks later I am still waiting for the replacement battery.) As mentioned in other reviews, the bike is sturdy and a little on the heavy side. This makes it impractical (though definitely not impossible) to ride without the battery to assist. Ultimately, I have been in possession of this bike for two months and been able to ride it for less than a month. While it was working it was great, but the customer service and warranty while friendly and professional is not expedient. I was encouraged by Best Buy to contact the Manufacturer rather than return the bike and am now past the ability to return this bike for replacement through Best Buy which would have been far quicker and easier than dealing with Prodotech at this point.

I was very excited to get this bike and overall I'm please with it. However, I'm not confident that I'm getting the battery life that I should. In an idea situation, I should get 30-35 but I'm not sure I'm getting even 20 miles per charge. I'm worried about the long term battery life. I've also heard some noises with the pedals and brakes. I have mostly resolved the issues with some tinkering. I reached out to the company about all these issues and they never got back to me. So I'm not sure about customer service. That said, it's got a 2 year warranty and the bike does feel like solid quality.

Great purchase, really enjoying it, handles good and is a strong bike, my daily work ride.

This is a very good looking bike you'd never know it was and e-bike get lots of compliments and am really enjoying it.
