I just hope this one lasts longer than the other Philips dvd players we bought. But so far they are working great, clear picture and the sound on this unit is much better than the last set.

The dual screen and the ability to play two separate discs are good features. I have not owned it that long to comment on the longevity of the product.

if you are like me and your children can never decide on what movie they want to watch this product is perfect each child can watch whatever they want to watch well you are able to peacefully drive to your destination

I purchased these DVD players a few months ago and the kids love them. We only use them on long trips (2+ hours) so I appreciate the ease of set up. Having the flexibility to use them as separate DVD players or run the same movie on both screens is great. Something that was not clear to me prior to purchase is that there is no battery. These players must be plugged in to work.

I purchased these DVD players for my children to replace their old worn out ones. We love them. They gave big screens, quality sound and the option to play one or two movies at a time.

Our kids are 10, 8, 6 and 2 and we did a 3 week road trip to Canada and New England. We sometimes had to travel for six to seven hours but the two DVD players made the trip so relaxing. Perfect that the kids could either watch or listen to the same movie or CD or operate two independently from each other. After 2 weeks of using them we didn't have an issue yet and we are very happy that we purchased them. Easy to set up, easy to handle, good sound and picture quality. Unfortunately we could not watch our European DVDs but we could listen to all our CDs. We also bought four volume controlled headphones (kidsgear) and two headphone splitters.

Well worth the $150. Not HD, but kids don't need that! Works well in the car. Easy for the kids to use. Enjoying quiet rides with each kid watching what they want, with their headphones. And if they want to watch the same movie, they can add a cable flip a switch, and both screens show the same movie.

This is a good product, picture quality is nice and screen size is adequate. I like that my kids can watch the same movie, or 2 seperate movies.

Works well. The wires connecting the two screens can get in the way but it keeps the kids occupied on long trips and that's why I bought them.

The guys in shop matched prices with Amazon. The screens are a great source of entertainment for the girls in the back seat. They can each see their own movie or mirror it as needed and it stays at a good viweing height when latched onto the head rests in front

Super easy to put in the car and the kids are extreamly happy I recomend this product for families

We just purchased these for an upcoming road trip and they are great. Our last car had installed tvs but we found we didn't use them very often so I didn't check the $2500 option box this time around. These are a great alternative for a fraction of the dealer option price. Also, they came with two wall plugs and one split 12v cord for the car. This allows the kids to take them into their room to watch their own movies which is a definite plus. One of the units is a little louder than the other one but it works fine and isn't an issue. It is certainly worth the money.

Purchased this as a replacement for a portable DVD player that died after 7 years. This product put a stop to the kids arguing about what show to watch next. They can either watch the same show on both screens, or each watch their own DVD and listen to the show through their headsets (headsets not included). Makes for a peaceful break during long road trips.

Was easy to set up, works fine, just wish words (like on/off) were bigger so I don't have to have reading glasses on to see lol.

Overall, a really nice product. They don't take up much space, easy to install and a great road trip item for the kiddos. As far as functionality, they work as advertised. The only complaint I have is the rattle they can make when driving. It seems as if the "door" doesn't seat properly on one of the players, may be an isolated issue though.

I had an old set that were 10 years old. Back then they were quite expensive. Best Buy had a great price that made the trip to Hilton Head enjoyable. #### tip-- buy an audio cable and run it to your car stereo for cinema like sound.

Bought this combo before a long road trip with the kids in my crewcab truck. Was concerned about vibrations but it worked flawlessly. I have 3 kids and this combo allows 2 different movies to be played or 1 movie played on both players. They can be removed easily and kids can use them at home to watch movies as well.

One movie plays on one or both. Movies don't skip on bumpy rides. If you stop the movie, it continues from where you left off. Nice long cord to go between two car seats in a truck. I have a four year old and a two year old.

Good product, nice don't have to watch same thing on both but that you can if you want, works well with my 2 little ones
