Bought this bulb to have direct white light for working on the computer and reading at night. This bulb can get very bright, you can also dim it the level of your liking. You have to have a Hue bridge and the Hue app to get it to work but set up is very easy and the Hue app controls are very easy to get the hang of.

We have 9 different lights set up as of now. More to come. Sometimes I forget the name we gave the light bulb. Example: basement light 1,2,3 or 4. Helpful with kids. They always forget to turn off the lights.

This High Quality White only LED Light is very bright and High Quality ! Each has it's own Serial Number and works seamlessly with Hue Hub App . I was also able to connect it through the Hue Hub to my Amazon Echo . Which I can control the Brightness dimming and on/off functions with my Voice . I was also able to use the Hue Dimmer Switch which I can put anywhere I want and turn the light on/off or control Brightness Dimming . The Light will last for 25,000 hours which is incredible and can be turned on and off 50,000 times . It has 840 Lumens which is very bright . It was a good price for a Smart Bulb . If you have a Hue Bridge I highly recommend it . If you have a Hue Bridge and Amazon Echo I also Recommend it works great to control with your Voice .

I love these lights and being able to control them with Siri and Amazon echo is awesome. They do cost a lot to change your lights over. But they are supposed to last a long time so we will see. I have like 15 lights so far.

Purchased 2 more of these lamps. Total up to 8 now. Love that I can control all of them through my smartphone even though I am not home. I shut off entire house after kid leaves for school with one tap of a button.

Best invention ever. Love ability to turn lights on off without moving. Great too for elderly people when paired with Alexa automation. Makes waking up in the mornings much easier to deal when set to timer

Added this one to one other I have for lights on either side of the master bed. Great for quickly turning on the lights in the dark bedroom before getting to it, and for changing the intensity.

I received this bulb as part of a bundled package. Thought it would be fun. I find it very convenient to ask alexa to control my bed light and brighten or dim as needed. Easy to install and use.

In conjunction with Alexa AND a Philips Hue hub this light bulb gives you voice and app control over the light in your room. It works exactly as expected. Be sure to get a Hue hub first, it won't work without it!
