I am a big fan of the Hue system, and wanted to add the convenience to my bedroom bed-side lamps. I wanted them to be able to dim, and have the remote control abilities available to Hue lights, but didn't need the color options. These were ideal, and I could get two for the price of one standard hue bulb, so it was perfect for my needs.

While not quite as fancy as my full color changing Phillips Hue bulbs, these Lux bulbs certainly are less expensive and they function just as nicely where you're not concerned about the added colors.

I highly recommend the Philips - hue Lux Extension 750-Lumen 9W Dimmable A19 LED Light Bulb, 60W Equivalent - Soft White, as this bulb cuts costs but it does not cut the lighting needed for your space.

I use these lights around the house to control them going off or coming off - whether I am on my way home - or if I am traveling. They also work great for when you just want to be lazy.

I wish the Hue series was cheaper but I enjoy them immensely. I bought the white lights to use when I need the white light because they last longer than the colored lights.

I really like this light build when it hooked up with Amazon Echo. It make it even better. If I did not have amazon echo it would be harder to use on a regaler bases.

Very nice add on to the original light and hub. It makes a very good product more productive and expands the benefit of having the original product. I will buy more.

I thought this would be more brighter than the colored bulbs but since it has a fixed temperature rating I couldn't really tell the difference. Wish Philips would make a brighter bulb (75W equivalent) soon. For basic lighting purpose this one is OK for the price.

Even though they are expensive, we are slowly replacing our regular bulbs with these. Loved being able to turn them on and off while on vacation.

Cheap light for the Hue set and works perfectly with Amazon Echo. Use for the bedroom where I don't care for different colors and it's great.

I love messing with my wife and shutting the lights off from my phone plus with only 2 bulbs it lights up my whole house with ease

Now that Amazon echo let's me turn lights on and off via voice commands I will someday have many more of these bulbs in my house.

All I can say if WOW. this product was effortless to set up. It hooked to my bridge and is functioning well after a few months.

I went Hue crazy over the Holidays. I bought this set to go over my bar and they allow for wonderful lighting with options.

I love these bulbs, particularity because they were on sale. They only produce white light, however. I wish they could at least fluctuate between white and yellow to give my rooms more or less of a tint based on time of day.

Definitely takes some time to get used to but also very cool! Looking forward to syncing up with the smarthings hub

Was very weird at first controlling my lights from my iPhone but very useful feature. Great quality for the price.

Glad I can just get some simple white light hue bulbs to connect together with the app & multi color bulbs.

I love these and the ability to schedule them turning off an on. It really helps when I'm away from home!

I use 3 of these for my porch lights.. Set up the geofence and I never have to flick a switch
