Great lights and super bright. Make sure you get the Philips Hue Hub or else you won't be able to change the lights or otherwise control them at all.

The lightning is awesome! Makes watching movies from home a better added feature! This lighting can also be designed to move with the beat of music.

These were made to be hidden behind your TV/PC Monitor, you will need the 2 pack for The Philips Hue Sync application which creates a lightscripts for your lights based on content you watch or play on your TV, PC or Mac. Via screen grabbing and a smart color algorithm, it matches your Philips Hue lights to on screen action in real-time. You can use a single Light Bar for just mood lighting to match the rest of your room. These are great for other areas as well such as hidden above cabinets in the kitchen / bar area which we use as well as the Lightstrips for broader coverage than the Light Bar.

I like the responsiveness of these lights and they get bright enough to get the job done.

I love these lights and I use them for behind my TV but one thing that is frustrating is there isn’t any clear way to see how to purchase new bases or adhesive stickers. I had a friend accidentally break one of the bases which is fine because I wanted to use the other type of base which allows you to rest it and I can’t figure it out. So they probably want you to buy a whole new light which is crazy. Aside from that yes the lights are very expensive but they work really well and keep your electricity bill low.

I like most all hue products even though I think they are overpriced. But they are simple to hook up and use. Giving only 4 stars as one of them fell off the tv with the tape they provided. Luckily it didn’t break.

In my opinion, I think these play bars are better than the strip. I was able to set this up no problem with my existing hue. Excellent buy!

Great lights. Put them behind the tv and they really look great. Easy to use the app for contoling colors.

Philips hue is pricey but you do get what you pay for. These work seemless with homekit, alexa, google, etc. They are also vibrant, adjuctable, and you create “rooms” with all the lights so you can better organize them. Love philips hue and I swear by them!

Bought these to use behind the tv with the hue sync. They work fine. Respond fast. Look great. Probably a bit expensive as is all hue gadgets.

Well there is a combination of words that I can use to express my love for Hue lighting. I currently have 32 total lights in my house all of which are the RGB (color changing) bulb and I was hooked from the first 3 bulb starter pack I bought about 5 years ago. I own these which are great accent lights, blooms, strips, GO’s, BR30’s in Can lighting, and several of the standard bulbs. Several Taps, and Multiple wireless switches, my first purchase has turned into an addiction. Plus several new upgrades to the app that you will not be disappointed with any Hue product!

Good lights, good color zones, bright and good for behind tvs/objects little over priced though

Very easy to set up and they look amazing. It takes 5 minutes to set up. I put them behind my TV screen.

I was a little disappointed because of the size of the lights, I thought they were a little bit bigger, but they work perfectly. I put them behind my tv and they light up my hole room. They’re easy to set up and use.

Based off alot of reviews i was very hesitant about getting this item for my living room. I instead went with the hue light bulbs and created fixtures that aimed up to get a wall effect as well. I finally tried these out. I have to say they actually are pretty bright. I would not just get 1 or 2 Make sure you use the app to its fullest and use 10 various lights... it will light the entire room. these work perfect behind the tv instead of the original light rope phillips sold..

Using it to provide backlight for a computer monitor. It is nice. However, the mounting methods are poorly designed.

Awesome lights to give you a quick change of ambiance in a room. My kids love them as well. Kind of pricey though.

This item is a good concept over all and produces great colors. The only downfall is the thickness of the housing and how bulky it sits when attached behind your TV.

The Philips Hue Bar lighting is really awesome. Easy to set up and so easy to turn on and off. Lots of color variations.
