I now own three sets of these. I use them for TV backlighting, ambient lights, and general lighting. The hide well, throw great colors, and work with Alexa. Great for syncing up to TV and PC games, to throw the screen colors behind the screen. helps with the aging eyes, and improves immersion. I've gone all-in on Hue lighting system, and they have yet to disappoint. This kit (or the starter kit) is a great way to jump into the pool.

These lights are bright or dim whichever you want. The color changes are perfect for any setting. The pre-loaded scenes are great but i also like the fact that you can set your own. The only thing i wish is that you could have a setting that made the lights change to music or a movie without having to download another app. i can't wait to keep changing all my lights out to hue lights.

Works really well with Phillips hue app. Easy install and the brightness level is good

One could say that I have too many Philip's Hue lights in my room, so I am experienced in setting these things up and connecting them and all that. I am always impressed at how easily a new light is registered and how quickly it adjusts to all the scenes that I already have set up. In my opinion, Philip's Hue is multicolored lights done right.

Bought this product and used it with the New Hugh Sync box, they are just amazing. I already had a light strip behind my TV so I placed the play lights in a large cubby on each side of my TV and let me just say that they don't disappoint. Colors are spot on and the lights are simple to set up. I like the fact that you can plug them into each other and daisy chain them to save on using wall outlets. A must have for gamers and movie lovers.

The light gives just the right ambience. And the best part, I can change the color along with the mood of the content. Something to note, unless all other light is controlled, it may not produce enough light (depending on the color you choose) to fill a room as you may want. Does not take away from the use of the light, just something to be aware of.

They make great colors and work awesome with my Phillips hue lights strip on my TV. They even all use the same plug

I jumped on the Hue bandwagon a year ago and have been adding to my collection bit by bit. I recently purchased new 75” tv and wanted to try these lights out. They’re an excellent addition to anyone who loves the Hue bulbs. These provide a great accent to your entertainment/media room and provide a great ambience as well as working to aid for normal bright set lights. Very pleased with my purchase! May even buy a third.

You have to get this along with the strip of lights - you won't get the same effect without them. They cover the lower part of your TV and the strip covers the top - you NEED both. If you are going to do this get it all or nothing - you won't be disappointed. It's like watching a movie at Disneyland

Excellent quality. Real magic is the app. Nothing out there has a better app engine that drives these lights which does explain the premium price but I wish they were a little more affordable. Do all your lights need to be Hue lights? That’s up to you but they are addicting. I’ll never go back. Hook it up to the Hue Sync Box and WOW!!!

Lights work great! they have multiple ways to use them, 1) they come with stands 2) you can attach them to the back of your tv 3) you can lay them on their side on top of your tv stand. Great color, easily syncs to sync box, lightweight. If you really want that extra pop on your movies, video games, and or turn your house into a nightclub with lights that change to the music you wont be disappointed.

These lights work great as behind monitors and many other spots around your home. I do wish that Hue would start expanding this product line further. I feel they have a great lineup but haven't really done anything crazy in the past year or two.

This light bar integrates seamlessly well with the Phillips Hue system, and the color range really helps! We installed two of these on the lower part of our TV, with the upper 3/4 of the TV using a different Phillips Hue product. I deducted one star because the included adhesives do not quite hold firm enough to keep the light bar in place. A few extra command strips help it stick to uneven TV surfaces. I was disappointed there weren't supplemental adhesive products in the box, but still enjoying the end result

The price could be better but these bars are very good and can be very bright easy to hook up

Love that I can change the color of the lights. Only complaint is that you cannot put each light in separate rooms without getting a another adaptor.

Product was easy to install and set up with my Hue app on my iPhone. Already had the Hue Play set up and was able to easily add these lights to the Play. Took about 5 minutes to put together and get attached to the back of my TV. Another 10 minutes of set up in the App and messing around with the settings. Highly recommended for someone who wants to add a bigger experience to their video games and movies.

Expensive but works good without any issues, paired with out lights its nice to blend different scenes

These lights are easy to set up with your hue hub and look great! The hue sync app on my pc makes my games really come to life. A little expensive but all hue lights are.

These are great ambient lights. Really helps in a dark room. I have't tried the live option when linking through a PC yet, but all the colors and brightness are perfect. My only issue is you get one adapter with room for three lights, obviously two lights in this package. The single adapter restricts you to placing these lights in one location. It would have been nice to have two adapters, but otherwise great additions to my Hue lights.
