    The base shaver works well but to trim sideburns is a PAIN as you must change the head for a separate cutter and that cutter does a very poor job. Previous Norelco models had a "flip" sideburn cutter that always worked well. The cleaner is a waste. Poor design.

    I liked the shaver but it did not cut any closer or better than my old Phillips razor. Yet it cost about six times more. It came with a cleaning/charging station which was nice and a storage case. I was disappointed in it's performance and returned it. Best Buy took it back with no hassle at all.

    This razor is a major step back from previous ones. The head is the worst they have ever come up with. It takes twice as long to shave.

    Can’t even get close to taking all the facial hair off with this shaver but I am able to get an incredible razor burn. Will be returning this overpriced and underperforming thing for something else.

    If you enjoy paying $350 for a shave that leaves nothing but stubble, than this product is for you. Not only does it not produce a smooth shave, it leaves your skin feeling pasty. The one I purchased had +/- speed buttons that did not work, and the product itself feels very cheap. Stick with bladed razors over electric shavers for a better experience!
