Great razor, works well and easy to clean. My only issue with it is having the sideburn groomer as a separate attachment. I like my last model where is located on the back of the razor. Much easier to use and takes less time.

Provides a very good shave. Only issue is the shaver does not have a pop up trimmer. Instead the trimmer is separate and you have to remove the blade head and install the trimmer. Not very convenient.

i bought this shaver because i broke my wrist and was having trouble shaving and not cutting myself. this is the best electric shaver i have ever owned. very close and easy to use. highly recommend

I like the ease of operation in witch it give you a close and the cleaning and re charging station is so simple to use . I would recommend this product to everyone.

I bought this shaver because I just started taking blood thinners and was concerned about bleeding from the nick of a razor blade. While I am glad I made this purchase, and though the Norelco 9700 is a good product, I am somewhat disappointed and not sure it was worth the money. It takes a long time to get a really close shave and it's more work that I had anticipated. It's even tougher with a two or three day growth. But, ultimately, I get a good shave and the shaver is easy to charge, easy to clean, and easy to store. And there are no nicks. Overall, a good product that I would recommend.

Honestly, I was not expecting to enjoy shaving this much. I am saving time and no razor burn! Would recommend Philips Norelco 9700 to anybody looking for the best of the best.

I have always purchased Norelco shavers and have never been disappointed. You always get a close shave. I highly recommend this shaver.

I like so much my shaver with its washer/charger. Speed of cutting is a good improvement. I just would like Philips could add a small travel brush to clean shaver.

Provides a very comfortable close shave. Norelco shavers do not vibrate, which makes the shaving easy on your hands.

Easy to charge and it last long time. Have not charged past three weeks. Still going strong and it still shows 73% charge

This is my second Philips razor. The previous one lasted 7 years before it stopped working. Great quality, good features and the wet/dry is the best.

It is nice to have a clean shaver for every shave. Shaver gives a smooth close shave, as good as using a safety razor.

This is a really nice razor and you really are going to enjoy the shave you get from it. This razor does shave as close as a blade.
