    Norelco shavers were always great products , so when the price drop $90 from the regular price that product became very attractive. The product is good the price was right.

    Have owned electric razors all my life (54 years) and this one by far shaves the closest, and provides the most comfortable shave of any I have used in the past.

    This is my 2nd Norelco shaver and this one is a lot more quieter and a much better product. My 1st one was loud when on and loud when cleaning but this one is totally quiet when shaving and cleaning.

    Doesn’t trim as close as I thought but it’s good enough. Had a little bit of razor burn on the 2nd use but it went away in a day.

    The razor is OK but the head sucks. It takes 3 times as long to shave and the pivoting heads don't usually stay in the up position. Customer service sees the issue but it's just too bad for the customer. I only bought this 9721S because the my old razor which still works fine with the (RQ12) head is now $300.00 when you can find it.You can buy a nice new razor foe that. But not the new norelco ones. After many years of using norelco razors I had to switch to another brand that works.
