He had an old shaver that was cheap and he complained a lot about the lack of closeness he got but now he is very happy with this product and does not have to shave as often

Norelco razor

Not a great product

The removable head comes off during shaving if you apply too much pressure -- the cleaning system never works -- I have to clean myself and the shave is not as good as the cheaper models. Bummer.
