    I bought a refurbished product hoping that Best Buy would insure that the products they sold were quality, Mistake number one. Shortly after receiving merchandise my daughters and I departed for a road trip that would last almost a month. Within an hour it was obvious that the merchandise I bought didn’t work, the second screen never came on. Video quality on the first screen was substandard. I took it in to a Best Buy out of town and they appeared to want to help me, only for me to find out that for an exchange to happen I would have to pay the difference because the store does not carry refurbished items. By the time I returned home to put together my items along with everything Best Buy requires for a return my thirty days had expired and I was told there was nothing they could do. This will be the last time I purchase any item from Best Buy let alone this piece of garbage dual screen DVD player.

    We bought a refurbished one for our infant & toddler aged daughters, as they still sit facing back. We were thinking that saving a few extra bucks for a refurbished player was the way to go until they could face forward & watch our built-in van DVD players. They have worked SUPER up until about now (about 75 days)... thankfully we can still take them under the 90 day BB warranty, but have to wonder... "What if this happens again?" What the unit is doing is saying it's open... then goes to loading... will play for a bit, then start that all over again. Some dvds (brand new too) work better than others.. I'm hoping those brand new dvds are not ruined as they appear to have marks on them now. :-( So we'll see! I'd recommend this if it works, but they should offer an extended warranty on it besides the 90 days, so that way if it fails you can bring it in. We're bringing it in today to see what can be done.. (ps wish it came with a remote!)

    After 3 Returns never again

    I purchased this and it was great until the 2nd screen wouldn't work. I exchanged it and again after a while the 2nd screen stopped working. Exchanged it and now again I am back to the 2nd screen shaking and not working right. So I am going to hopefully be getting my money back or at the least exchanging for a 4th time. Ugh!!!! DON"T BUY!!!

    Quit working and there is no warranty - don't buy!

    I would not recommend this. It worked fine for 8 months but then the second video screen stopped showing the video. Only had the sound. Based on my experimentation, it's a problem with the connector from the first video screen. I even tried to get a new cable and that didn't solve the problem. Basically, based on what I see in other reviews, it's just not very durable. Too bad as it was just what we needed. So now we only have the main screen which is pretty inconvenient as now our children will fight over the screen.

    main screens stopped working 35 days after purchase. Returns have to be done within 30 days of purchase. How convenient.............Also picture quality was not very good.

    The only thing that i noticed is one of the monitors is darker then the other, but not a huge difference. I would recommend this product to anyone. Battery life without being charged is 5 hrs so bring the charger for long trips!
