This toothbrush is by the best on the market...if you an serious about teeth and gum health...this is worth every penny..it even provides you with an app that ahows which areas of your teeth need more cleaning...this brush doesn't require scruubing, it does it all..you just gently move it around in secrions of 6 areas of you gums and teeth(it will remind you to move to different section with a beep).. I have tried many brushes and I think as humans we think we got all areas of our teeth clean, which majority of the time we even forget the gums...if you can afford this..you will not be disappointed.

For the longest time Philips Sonicare was considered the king of electric toothbrushes. After trying the 9900, I can safely say that they’re still the king. Let’s first talk about what’s included. You get the toothbrush head, the body, USB-A to USB-C cable, a AC charger, a charging stand, and a travel case. Everything looks and feels premium. Some of the features of the toothbrush itself are the three power settings, the pressure indicator on the base of the brush, the senseIQ, which itself was responsible for the adaptive intensity and scrubbing feedback. Now to the main part; how effective is it as a brush... From the moment that you turn it on, you hear the buzzing, you know that you’re in for a dentist feeling experience. As you brush, you get to see real time feedback on how hard you’re pressing as you brush. It actually helps you develop a better way of brushing. All in all it’s a great toothbrush, it has a premium build, great features, and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent brush and super convenient. The charging puck is very secure and the carrying case definitely has a nice look to it that doesn't remind you of a cheap old toothbrush carrier or courtesy toiletries. 4 stars overall, though some improvements to the app would get the last star for sure. It's a little spotty on how it counts where you've brushed and it would be nice if there was a feature to easily go back over other areas as it only counts a given quadrant when it's its' turn. That being said, having 6 zones instead of 4 is nice. If you're like me, the app and convenience will definitely have you brushing more regularly right from the jump.

Nice brush, really like the app as it tells me how much I've clean in front and in the back of my teeth. My mouth feels alot cleaner everytime I'm done brushing.

The Toothbrush, while crazy expensive is a really good one; however, i had issues with my first one that i had to return in less than 3 weeks. Hopefully that was a fluke and this one will actually be error free. Overall, the cleaning capabilities of it far surpass most regular electric tooth brushes and the app makes me feel like i should actually go through the entire 3 minutes.

Great toothbrush, but the app needs help, and the "brush head life is too short for the price you pay for replacement brush heads. The toothbrush itself works amazing. My teeth feel clean and instead of brushing in quadrants, it has you brushing in sixths. I actually like this! So from a basic performance aspect, this brush is amazing! But.......the app is very inconsistent. I will be brushing the back of my teeth and the app does not seem to realize this. Then, after I finish brushing, it wants me to go back over the areas that I missed, but I already brushed them. To spend $300 on a toothbrush with an app that doesn't work is frustrating. So, I don't use the app anymore, even though it synchs with my Apple Health app. Lastly, the brush head only lasts about 3 months (if you brush 2 times a day). Replacement brush heads are also very expensive, so this is a bit frustrating. I believe that I can stretch the life of the brush head to 5-6 months, but it annoyingly vibrates after every brushing to tell me that I need to replace the brush head. Nothing that disturbed the cleanliness of my teeth, but it is very annoying. So, again a great toothbrush for your oral hygiene, but if you are buying for the other advantages, buy a cheaper model.

The sonic care for me is one of the best purchases of my life. I needed electronic toothbruah which was powerful and does a good job of making my teeth feel clean and these due the job. From the 3 vibration settings to the helpful app to the comfort of the vibration im sure i wont go back to a manual toothbrush again.

The Sonicare owns the electric toothbrush game. This toothbrush makes your teeth feel fresh after every use. It even has an app that will literally follow the toothbrush and show you where you should be brushing and how long. Choosing not to use the app doesn't take away anything at all, but it keeps you in check. Teeth are important and making em look good, this toothbrush will help. Your dentist will thank you.

Most favorite toothbrush I’ve ever had. Left mine in an Airbnb during my engagement weekend and the owner of the house refused to let us back in for me to get it. I’ve used a temporary brush since, but it’s been horrible. Finally able to repurchase!!!

I bought this product when my old Sonicare Diamond started to get really loud and just didn't brush as well anymore. Unboxing it was a treat. The packaging, the handle, brushes and charging case all looked really good. The app worked well with the brush and I was loving it. I particularly loved the tongue brush that came with the box. After about three months, the toothbrush went from a nice quiet buzz to extremely loud and the brush function just wasn't doing it's job. I thought, oh no! Not again. So, I contacted Philips through the app and was given the phone number to contact them. The support centre for Australia were extremely good. They asked me a series of questions about the toothbrush and what was happening and assessed that I needed a replacement handle which they organised very quickly. I've had the replacement for about two months and it's going well. The toothbrush is awesome and does what it says it will do. My gums feel healthy, my teeth look whiter and I'm pretty happy in general with the product. I also trust Philips to replace the handle should anything go wrong again. Fingers crossed.

Best toothbrush I've ever owned. Got it as an Xmas gift and it blows away everything else I've ever used. I had an Oral B rechargeable and it was pretty weak and eventually quit working. Then upgraded to a Waterpik Sonic 2.0. 1st one quit working after a few months. Got it exchanged under warranty and eventually the new one broke as well. The Philips is way more powerful and just does a better job. Mouth feels way cleaner afterwards.

This is high tech. I love the information you can get from the app and how it syncs your brushing to the app and gives you feedback. I also love how the battery is rechargable and has a wireless charging stand it sits on. It's awesome for traveling as well, it has its own protective case. Yes it's expensive but if you invest in keeping your teeth healthy it's a great purchase.

It's good -- my teeth definitely feel clean after using it, but not it's not perceivably better than older/cheaper models. Plus, for users of older models, this one uses an unfamiliar timing system for when to switch between zones of your mouth. Instead of 4 zones for 30 seconds each, it now splits it into 6 zones (upper left, upper middle, upper right, bottom right, bottom middle, bottom left) for 20 seconds each, and for each of those 6 zones, you're expected to switch from the inside of the teeth to the outside on your own. It would be better if they separated it into 12 zones (inside and outside for each of the 6 zones listed above) for 10 seconds each rather than requiring the user to remember to switch on their own halfway through a 20-second period.

Great device. The app works well. My only complaint is that sometimes it resets the intensity and you need to put it on the charger to reset. Overall though, I love it and it's well worth the price.
