We bought the kids' Sonicare toothbrush for our 5yo daughter. For some reason, that toothbrush is packaged with an enormous brush head that has insanely firm bristles. The brush head was so large that my daughter had trouble reaching her upper back teeth with it -- and when she managed to reach her upper back teeth, the bristles irritated her gums. We purchased these brush heads to remedy that problem, and it worked like a charm. The head is compact, which has enabled our daughter to reach her back teeth. Also, the bristles are appropriately soft, so my daughter can brush comfortably. My only gripes are that [1] it's crazy that Sonicare doesn't package this brush head with the Sonicare for Kids brush in the first place, and [2] the price is pretty crazy (although Best Buy's price is competitive).

These are a great size and they are soft enough for little gums but still clean nicely. A tad pricey to me but would still highly recommend.

When we purchased the sonicare brush for kids it was shipped with two adult size brush heads. These are the smaller size and they work much better for our 8 year old boy.

These are the compact heads that are good for little kids (below 7 or so). Much easier to brush my little guys teeth with these. Sonicare ones seem to be higher quality than no-name replacements and last longer. Only ding against them is that they are pretty expensive for what you get, but I guess it's cheaper than paying for fillings.

We have been using these brushes heads for our 4 year old rather than the ones that came with the toothbrush. They are very soft and are smaller and fit better for smaller children's teeth and gums.

This works great for the Sonicare and kids. I am very pleased with the product.

These are really small and work very well for kids up to 8-9.

I purchased for my child with braces. It really gets all the food out and cleans nicely. The only downside $ is the brush wears extremely fast due to the braces.

My daughter is seven and she loves using these brushes.

This is a good replacement for the Children size SonicCare. Worked as advertised and also works with the regular Sonic Care Elite handle.
