    I've brewed 10 + brews on my Pico so far and this one takes the cake. It you like stouts this one is classic. A good solid ABV, amazing head retention and taste like a stout should. You can barley taste the alcohol. Perfect on a snowy night by the fireplace.

    But this version came out quite tasty. Grain bill was dead on for an Oatmeal Stout not sure how "Imperial" it ended up being however. Didn't use a hydrometer but didn't get the impression this was higher in alcohol than any regular Stout.

    This was the first beer I brewed using my new Pico C that I got for Christmas. It came out great. Smooth stout with a little bit of an imperial kick. The brewing process went very well though the carbonation process took a little longer than I expected. Still, great beer and very satisfying to have brewed it.

    This product was out of freshness by 3 months hops smelt like cheese
