Great experimental album. This was their second album. Their new album goes back to pinkerton.

Everything Weezer has released has been solidly good. This one holds up very well.

Weezer's Pinkerton was disappointing to many fans of their exceptional self-titled "Blue Album" debut. Nearly twenty years later, time has elevated it to its proper standing as one of the great emo touchstones of the 1990s. Rivers Cuomo is nothing if not a great pop songwriter; before going pop-crazy on the Green Album he stopped and gave us this great mix of pop with the raw mid-20s angst that he was dealing with at this time in his life. This is an awesome snapshot of fun, emotional music in the 1990s and a timeless album.

I love old Weezer. Such much energy and passion coming from them in this album. One of the best albums from the 1990s.

Which is better...Blue album or Pinkerton. Both are classics!

Was late to the party on this cd, but finally picked it up. Typical weezer. If you like them...get it

This album is great front to back. It is no blue album, but it's a close second.

Great Songs from a Great band I would recommend this CD

I'll preface this by saying that The Blue Album is incredible. That aside, Pinkerton is the album that most Weezer fans will always hold nearest to their hearts. Pinkerton stirs up so many emotions that just aren't present on their other albums. It is also, musically, is far from anything they have ever done (other than Songs From The Black Hole, which we're all still waiting on, Rivers!). The album is perfection from start to finish. The tragedy is that it received so many negative reviews, that I believe Rivers went back into his shell and left us with what Weezer has now become. Unlike many, I still find them to be a very good band. But if you want to know what Weezer is fully capable of, listen to Pinkerton.

Absolutely one of their best albums, enjoyed every track and would highly recommend!
