This is a quality unit that has many features and a lot of power for the price. It was relatively easy to set up. I am still trying to figure out how some things work, but that is mainly because I just set it up and have not had time to go through the operating manual in detail. The sound quality is terrific. I would probably rate this a 5 once I thoroughly figure out how everything works.

I purchased this system together with Bowers and Wilkins speakers and Marin Logan sub and it is awesome. It's user friendly and has so many uses from tv to Bluetooth to Pandora. I have my inside speakers and outside spreakers connected to it and could be watching tv inside and listening to music outside. Do have problems connecting to it at times but it's rare the time.

I replaced my 1.5 year old Onkyo with this beast. I'm currently pairing it with B&W fronts/center channel, Martin Logan Dyanmo 500, and Def Tech rears. I will definitely be purchasing Pioneer Elite in the future. It pretty much took my system to a whole new level.

I'm very satisfied of the performance. I have Bowers-Wilkins speakers CM6, M1 for souround and CCM6 on my ceiling for my Dolby Atmos set up 7.2.2. I highly recomended this product.

Spectacular sound controller, capable of handling and identifying varied signal inputs and effecting appropriate speaker response. Also prepared for future audio advances tied to developments in sound perfections. Extremely capable device.

after looking at and reading up on 50 different receivers I made my choice on the Pioneer VSX-90. For those that don't mind spending a little extra cash this Pioneer is worth it. The effortless MCAC is wonderful and the free app for the controls is even better. The sound after you do this puts Pioneer on the top of my list for all products.

Had an older 816-VSK that I bought 10 years ago, and found that I needed HDMI, which this new unit has plenty of. Sounds great, lots of power, and amazing with the Klipsch speakers.

This receiver has great sound and is easy to operate.

In all fairness I have only been using this Home Theater Receiver for just over a month. Hardly enough time for anything to go wrong. That said, I LOVE this receiver. It is loud, crisp, and offers a multitude of listening modes. It also allows me to use ZONE 2 speakers in a different room. I paid the fraction of what I paid for my last Home Theater Receiver and am enjoying a much better product! The price was an added bonus! Believe me, after my last Home Theater fiasco... I did my research. So far this Pioneer VSX-90 has not disappointed. Actually, it is much better than I expected for the price. I recommend it highly.

The Pioneer Elite is one of the best recievers I have brought from Best Buy for the money. This product sounds so good and does not over heat.

While still new and learning all the features, I'm enjoying the performance and ease of setup. I have it setup as a 5.2 surround sound with a 4K TV looking forward to testing it with a real 4K movie

After routing my new Samsung 4K television, Roku device, Chromecast device, Blue Ray CD player, Cox cable and iPod through this high tech receiver, I can seamlessly hear it all with my surround sound system...great purchase at a reasonable price.

This receiver is all it's crack up to be. I've only had it about 2 months so I can't speak to its reliability, but it's easy to use, it sounds great and it's relatively easy to set up (if you've done receiver set up before). If you haven't set up HDMI/multiple outputs before, you may want to hire someone to help. The remote is supposed to be a learning remote, but the TWC receiver didn't seem to transfer. One other note; I like to watch sports and mute the TV and listen to music. This won't allow it, so I had to purchase a splitter for the HDMI.

This receiver serves all of your needs when upgrading to 4K. It certainly has the best quality sound and picture out of any pioneer elite I have owned. Best bank for your buck!

We love this Pioneer receiver. It was easy to install/set up. It receives WiFI signal just fine. Love all the inputs and ability to handle our 4K technology. We haven't used all of the features but love the product so far.

Bought this receiver based on the salesman's suggestion. So glad we listened to him. The sound is fabulous and the receiver has so many functions and capabilities. Still learning everything it can do and loving it!!

I needed to upgrade my 8yr old Onkyo receiver to go with my new Ultra 4k Samsung TV. I had great luck with it and was prepared to get another until the salesman showed me the VSX-90. It was on sale for the same money as the Onkyo but with a lot more features. The only downside to this receiver is that Zone2 is only analog. The new menu system takes a while to get used to - especially finding all those features! But thanks to gOOgle I've been able to find what I need.

I liked the Pioneer Elite receiver because of its versatility and compatability. It was compatible with my new 4k TV as well as a projector that I had and was easy to setup my surround sound into it.

I bought this unit to replace an earlier Model. The digital to Analog conversion is Amazing. I didn't expect the internal calibration to be useful, but was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. This is easily the best audio amplification I've ever Had in my home. The Surround features are easy to use And the video is capable of 4K. So I won't need to upgrade. But for me this is all about the sound. Coherent from top to bottom with no stridency in the treble. The bass goes as far down as my subwoofer can handle, and it's never Forced,just there.
