Bought as a left over model as new models were arriving, great price for a great receiver. Have own Pioneer receivers before and this does not disappoint. Great sound quality at all volumes, lots of input ports and a good looking design as well. It may be priced higher than the less expensive shelf models, but you get what you pay for.

I think once I get used to using it, it will be great. I had a couple glitches at first.

Receiver works great supports many different configurations! Great install receiver for a complicated home audio system. The set up was a breeze (even though I'm technically inclined) it was super easy using the companion apps for the iPhone/iPad. Performed auto EQ and timing adjustment, and helped get all the right inputs/outputs connected for my specific situation. I am using the HDMI main output to go to my 55" 4K TV, and the HDMI Zone output to go to a small 32" LCD wall mounted below it. It works great for gaming on the top TV, while watching cable (through a cable box) on the smaller TV. Pioneer ships this model with some great apps for the iPhone/iPad to assist with control, and viewing the various settings. I use the apps more than any other remote because they let me select the output configurations easily. Overall, I'm very impressed. This was replacing a 2010 Pioneer Receiver, that worked well, but didn't support HDCP 2.2. However, as a technology upgrade, this receiver is great! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for 2 HDMI outs, and zone 2 compatibility. Great product, and at a great price for the amazing feature set (only paid $400 new from Best Buy).

I've only used a couple of times so far, but the sound quality is fantastic. I've paired the receiver with Polk Audio speakers and Sub, allows for crystal clear listening. On screen programming of the receiver (like my Yamaha) is great and makes connections easy. I have viewed 3D content, but not 4K as of yet. No issues at all.

This receiver is awesome. I returned it and got another model because the Bluetooth card went out on it.

This receiver sounds awesome. The only issue I have is that the Bluetooth connection is flaky. The real problem is with the documentation/owner's manual, which is poor at best. It is a challenge to find the specific information you are looking for and if/when you find it, it's difficult to understand. As a result, I gave up trying to fix this issue.

Great system highly recommend it. Love the Internet radio feature.

Does everything I need it to and the app remote feature is nice. Spotify tends to be a little temperamental at times.

Ordered amp to replace one that had died. After reading directions and studying the easy setup diagrams had it set up in short order,, had a couple gliches finding right input/output but figured it out quick enough.. Works like a champ and wholeheartedly recommend this amp/tuner.

Had for 4 years. Power transformer fried, hard to find replacement part.

For my needs, living area, and price, this is a great receiver. It's powering a 5.1 Bose Accoustimass speaker system, along with a LG HD TV, blu-ray player, and connected to DirectTV. I had the Geek Squad perform the installation/setup, and they did a wonderful job!

My former Receiver malfunctioned and I was drawn to the price of and the recommendation of this product by the salesman. I couldnt be happier. I purchased another receiver befit this one against the salesman advice and it didn't perform as this product. Pure Power

Overall, great sounding receiver. Getting the second zone to work with 7.2 in the main zone still hasn't been figured out. Doesn't have the typical DD codecs, or an extensive list to choose from, but once you find what sounds best, keep it. If you have patience in the beginning, great receiver.

I had previously owned home theater systems but this is the first time I purchase a separate receiver. It was a bit more expensive than the all in the box system, but worth it 100 times better. Better sound and movie like experience. Highly recommend.
