After trying a number of other brands, including Kenwood, Alpine and Blaupunkt over the years- I decided on the NEX series Pioneer for all three of my single DIN vehicles. The ability to retract the screen is also a huge plus, doesn’t attract bandits so much as a full time 11” billboard.

Great stereo with great functionality. The touchscreen is easy to use, and with new speakers, this stereo puts out great sound quality, including bass. Brian at Best Buy in Clackamas did a fantastic job installing the stereo, speakers and a CB radio for me. He provided excellent customer service and helped me work through any issues.

I love this thing! I wanted a screen in my vehicle that is a bit older and this does the trick perfectly. It is classy and a motorized function brings it out after starting and it closes up and retracts when you turn the engine off. Carplay integration needs a wired connection but works flawlessly! Under the controls is a little tray to hold your phone, an awesome extra.

Installed this receiver in a 2002 Chevy S10. Great sound, multiple functions including CD and DVD player, Android Auto, Spotify, and Pandora. With Android Auto, the 7" display is wonderful for displaying Google Maps, messages and other text. Hands-free phone calls are a big plus. Pioneer did an amazing job with this head unit.

So far so good. It comes with wires if you want to hook it up yourself. The screen came come out and close on the start and shutoff of the ignition. That is a setting you have to turn on. If the screen is blocking some controls on your dash, you can tilt it up and down temporarily by holding the open close button until you see that options for tilt pop up on the screen. So far the youtube and video functions have not worked for me. The radio seems to think the car is in motion when it is not. I tried everything from the manual to get it to work and it still hasn’t. The only other flaw is that sometimes in the sunlight the screen doesn’t seem bright enough. Overall it’s a great radio, looks great and sleek. Ot has an external microphone and I can be heard clearly on the other end from it. Also, part of the unit head can detach so you can take it with you to prevent theft.

The receiver does everything as advertised. It takes some getting used to but it's easy to use after the initial learning curve. The grid on the backup camera isn't synced the way I like it but it does provide a good view. the screen on the receiver is hard to read when the sun glares in the windows.

Cool radio great for space savings or when you just want want a screen at night tuck it away

My daughter inherited my mother’s Dodge Neon, we wanted to get a touch screen so she could use the navigation. We found this model, it fit perfectly and I love the fact the screen retracts. Installation was fantastic.

Bought this radio to replace an older similar model in my Motor Home. It was an easy install and much improved from the old one. I ordered it one day and it was at the store for pickup the next day at a competitive price. Can't ask for more...

Works just like the factory installed systems and looks really nice. We now have two of them and will be buying another one soon. The price is also very reasonable . It is the best solution to older cars that are were not built with smart technology

Total unit for full functionality in modern age! Apple car play and single din slot was huge for me in an 08 VW Beetle!!

Everything out of the box worked wit ease. What I need was more information on how to use instructions. The setting up with my phone was a learning curve. Some of the apps I wanted did not comply with CarPlay. I like the radio
