Finally, broke down to shop for this and was amazed at how affordable it was. Soooo much cheaper than going to the dealership AND great sound!

Was what I wanted but wasn't happy with BBY

I bought mine in SC and some hook gear and never opened anything. I started having seizures and went to Charlotte, NC so I was about to loose my license and wouldn't be driving so I tried to return with receipt to Concord Outlet Best Buy. Well there return policy was 15 days mine was 30 bit they would not honor it. So when I for back to Charleston I tried to return at least for store credit, which they use to do and the guy says they still do but his manager wouldn't do it. So I tried another Best Buy bc I was hoping to at least swap for a tablet or something but no luck. I use to work in best buys and have seen refunds like these made plenty. But needless to say probably was a great radio but not happy with multiple Best Buy's and their customer service.

Great replacement
