    If it weren't for the two men that install car radios taking time to explain to me how to operate this radio I would have returned it. They are both very patient and helpfulI. I would recommend Best Buy because of the support staff. Not the radiio. I should also say that I chose the car radio/CD player because the factory installed one no longer worked.
