An okay receiver

It's calibration program leaves a lot to be desired and I had hdmi handshake issues hooking up to my LG oled65e6p. Took unit back and exchanged it for a Marantz 7011.

Missing Parts

Customer Service offered to 'Sell" me a replacement. Stated 'Open Box" items do not always have a remote. He offered to send me another unit but then rescinded stating inventory was low. After transferring me to a different department I was hung up on. Now I will be returning the entire unit and ordering a new one online as it is still available. Very disappointment in this transaction...
