Not compatible with LG OLED TV when using antennae. Had to trade in for a Marantz because issue could not be figured out by the Greek Squad. Love Pioneer but when issues like this occur I was forced to go with another brand.

The LX701 AV has definitely grown on me and I've taken advantage of all the features. My main zone runs 5.1 Dolby which is perfect for most content streaming through Netflix or Satellite programming. I run a 2nd zone to speakers in the kitchen and the 3rd zone to outdoor speakers, so it's got enough juice to power 9 speakers at once if I want whole room audio. Paired with the SONOS connect amp and recent firmware upgrade, it supports full-home audio. My favorite feature though is the elite quality of music even through Spotify. I just et it to stereo for dedicated listening and paired with the dual subs, the clarity and separation of this thing is just amazing. It's a whole new listening experience which gets me to rehash dozens of tunes and genres over the years with the ability to hear almost studio-quality cuts. When you get this thing right, it's highly recommended!

Purchased this receiver a few weeks ago; had issues with sound being muffled periodically; I swapped for a new one, and it’s perfect. I discovered that I like it better without using the MCACC room correction. The sound is sweet and very detailed, just the way I like it. Menus are different from the other Elites I had; Some Onkyo influence now. Loving the remote app. This was a no-brainer for me at the $1300 sale price. It’s my fourth and best Elite receiver

This receiver is a beast. The only issue I have is turning on the HDR. I have heard its deep in the menus but not sure how to do it. If anyone knows please respond. Thanks

The android and Apple control app does not work with the latest O/S releases and pioneer haven’t updated it since 2017. If you planned on using the app to control your AVR you’re out of luck.
