This is an excellent receiver. I upgraded from an older pioneer I had for years. This has all of the newest technology and allows me to bluetooth and stream to the receiver. It was a breeze to setup and I am very satisfied with this purchase. I definitely would recommend this to all.

So far so good, everything works as it should, the receiver sounds great in my setup. Couldn't pass up the price on sale. Great Receiver.

This receiver was easy to hook up and program. The remote is excellent. It replaced a 16 year old Yamaha receiver. My surround speakers sound stronger and very clear.

I bought this receiver to replace an old pioneer elite that recently died. This receiver is a good value at the sale price though probably not at the full retail price. The class D amp is great though I wish it had a bit more power when all channels are driven. The crossover settings are a bit on the weak side as you can only select a single crossover point for all speakers. The MACC is their standard calibration rather than their advance or pro level so it doesn’t adjust as many parameters. I would have liked to see a more advanced calibration for their elite line.

Picked this unit up for my man cave. I wanted to upgrade to a unit that would work with a smart TV. I was surprised to find out that they merged with Onkyo but that made me more confident in my purchase. Excellent discrete amplifier provides exceptional power. Running KEF in walls for my front, a KEF sub and Polk Audio center and rear speakers. This unit is user-friendly through the television. Wasn’t a fan of the included microphone so I manually fine tuned my speaker amplification and crossovers until I found the perfect sound for my room.

Very good receiver, sounds great. Has plenty of power. Has a lot of HDMI jacks for hooking up other devices.

I purchased this receiver as an upgrade from my Yamaha. It was an easy setup because what and where to plug in components are clearly marked on the back of the receiver. The remote is super easy to use. So far the performance has been great. The WiFi was easy to set up and easy to access Pandora. My sales person Chris and manager Kiron were very helpful and accommodating. Very satisfied.

Love this receiver, easier to setup than may previous Onkyo 7.1. And the sound is Spot-on.

I bought this unit to replace my SC 63. Setup was much easier that earlier models. This unit has all the inputs that I need especially the phono inputs. For some reason the SC 63 did not have dedicated phono inputs. I was very satisfied with the audio quality of the previous receiver but this one blew me away. Although very similar to my previous unit, there was definitely a difference. Luckily got this at a very good price, I have always been a Pioneer owner and will continue to purchase Pioneer products.

Perfect surround system. Synced my entire system easily & was easy to set up as well!!

i switched out my onkyo for this recevier,much more power, and much better sounding never going back to onkyo

I had a 7 year old Pioneer Elite receiver that "died" and I needed a quick replacement and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I was ready to leave the store to buy something on Amazon and the associate found this receiver for me. It was a floor model and "last year's" model, so it was on sale for a great price. I bought it and couldn't be happier. This is the kind of experience you can't fine with an online store.

I replaced a 15 year old mid-line Sony Receiver (Pre-HDMI) and I couldn't be happier with this upgrade. Everything sounds crisper, the surround sound is more immersive, my Subwoofers have a cleaner punch to them, and the Airplay compatibility is a huge bonus. I'm very, very impressed with this receiver and Pioneer's Elite series has earned a customer for life!

This receiver was a deal of the day purchase. List for $999 and I bought it for $500. It was very easy to set up and it comes with a owners manual( paper). I have ran movies and music through the system and the power is nice and clean, very little distortion. Excellent purchase!

I replaced my old Pioneer receiver of twelve years and immediately noticed a big difference in sound quality. I played Jurassic World and enjoyed the DTS 7.2 surround sound. The remote is simplified compared to the previous Pioneer receiver which is an added bonus.

I purchased as my 1’st attempt at surround sound. I have a very high end stereo and thought I’d try my speakers for fronts. Sounds very good with Klipsch center channel. Seems ok and has many features. Price on sale can’t be beat. I think it is a Big Bang for the buck.

I have always been happy with the quality and build of the Pioneer Elite receivers. The options with this model far out class what I have from several years ago. Very simple to setup and use but I am sure there will be many options I won't take advantage of.
