I bought it on a good sale price. Unfortunately it doesn't play well with ARC and eARC. My sound cut out all the time and I had HDMI errors all the time across all the tv apps. Thankfully geek squad was there to help me swap it out.

Great receiver!

That one was great and this one is just as great. I get more 4k inputs which will be useful. The price was definitely right even though it's discounted because of a new model coming. The only thing I need now is support for the next version of the HDMI spec.

Had a problem with hdmi connection.

Would not send another replacement with a return taken care of by them. The unit works great, but now living with a defect. Do to Pioneer support would not buy again their products.

AND, the inputs can be independent! Great features too.

great movie sound

GREAT movies experience, vynal and audio for music just doesn't sound as good as the sony :(... but I am still playing with the settings, maybe i can tweak it..
