I have used some exceptional Receivers in the past and currently using too. I wanted to use this in a second room theater setting. Never had used a pioneer product so I was skeptical as such. It sounds boomy and way pitchy despite of all the adjustments and using the Mic they provide. I wasnt quite happy with it.

Had to replace my receiver after a lightening strike. Wasn't happy about it but this one was so easy to set up and use. The onscreen menu is a big help and makes it super easy to use and adjust. I like the HDMI conversion so only one cable needed from the unit to the TV even for my composite components. Overall very happy.

I was looking for this Home theater in another stores but I didn't find it and Where found it.. was really overpriced, and on Best buy Has the best price!!!

For the price, it is nice receiver. But it just does everything at the bare minimum. HDMI CEC, okay, but kept switching to the ChromeCast I plugged into, Google Cast, okay, but it's just audio, no video (that's why I have a ChromeCast plugged in to begin with. Audio, ok, but not spectacular.

Quality sound and features for the price. Easy set up and easy to use. The only complaint is that it would be nice to have a button for each HDMI instead of scrolling through.

This receiver is well designed and the perfect size for my home theatre system. It has more than adequate wattage for my speakers and input devices.

Very good product for the money. The receiver only pushes out so much power so do not expect to run full spectrum inefficient speakers. For monitor speakers, thus rocks.

Purchased to replace an older receiver. Loved it for a week until it kept turning off then returned it to the store.

This item replaced another Pioneer Elite that I have had for about 10 years. I like the idea of the Dolby Atmos but I'd rather have 9 channels instead of just the seven

I am still trying to figure out how to select the different sounds meaning selecting the amount of speakers that I want playing based on what I am doing at the time.

I got this at a really nice deal, and the value I obtained is incredible. i don't need to set gain to high for it to give the rumble effect and fill my room. It makes watching movies and listening to music that much more rewarding. it looks so nice without the front cover that i left it just like that and the wife approves the aesthetics of my media room.

This is my first New receiver in 20yrs and I love it. I cant believe I have been living with that old 2 ch Kenwood model so long. Wow it great to see and hear what I was missing. Brought this as part of my system for my home theather room and couldnt be happier. Easy to hook and use is a big plus for me coming from a 20yr old unit. Thanks Best Buy!
