Very happy with the gps and sound. Good enough alternative in my situation.

Nice guy. I do have concern with the supposed 4 year warranty I bought because since the 1st year is under warranty and as I read Best Buy warranty, it does not cover factory 1st year. So effectively it is only a 3 year warranty.

I've ordered parts to install that still haven't come in. So system is still sitting in my room and not installed in my car. If you are going to offer a system with installation, you should be ready to get the parts.
