First let me start by saying I'm a retired mechanic and I've installed many stereo receivers in cars. After connecting the wires, the stereo wouldn't come on. At first, I thought it was something I overlooked but I ordered a different stereo, connected that and it worked. Instead of Planet Audio, they should call it Planet Paperweight because that's what it was. An expensive paperweight.

Not good product. For no reason it will take you around a block or many blocks. It is unable to locate many streets. It announces turns after you have gone through the intersection. Does not indicate which side of the street your location is located. This is not just isolated issues, that would happen with the TomTom GPS. This has happened on every trip I have taken

    Horrible for Bluetooth.

Radio sucks when it comes to the Bluetooth. Person on other end can't hear me when talking through Bluetooth. Then the speaker output to one of speakers burnt out so no sound was coming from the door speaker. So luckily I had warranty on it so just went and swapped it for a new one of same model. And unfortunately the exact same problem with the Bluetooth on the new radio arose. So this is obviously a factory defect. Sucks cause the radio has potential and everything you get is worth the price. Just sucks that this defect ruins the overall quality of the product. And the fact that I am on a second unit of the same kind and having the same issue is a bad image for boss.

    Won't fit 2011 F-250

The product description states that it will fit an 2011 F-250. It will fit the vehicle BUT it cannot be wired to the vehicle. I bought all the items needed to hook it up according to the Geek Squad tech at time of purchase. After I dropped it off for installation the tech tells me that it can't be done.
