Great product, a little pricey for the off brand but it has everything needed for a aftermarket stereo upgrade

Great stereo, not a very well thought through listing. My issue is not with the unit but with best buys website. It clearly shows this as a siriusxm ready radio, even in the filters. Unknown to me, i bought it from, "the tech experts" best buy, it is not in fact siriusxm ready. Does not have that capability at all. In fact planet audio doesnt even make them to be siriusxm ready. So why is it listed this way. Idk. After 3 hiurs on the phone with best buy customer service and being given the run around in the store i picked it up at, the inly thing they can offer is a return. Too bad i paid someone to install the radio and have to pay to get it uninstalled if i want to return it. So now im stuck without sirius, in which thats what i primarily listen to. Product description is completely wrong.

Not great quality. Unit doesn’t recognize steering wheel controls, also when backing up camera does not appear automatically, you have to dig thru menus to get to it. Had them take it out and return it. Ordered a name brand one now.

So far working great i like it very easy to use and it is hand free voice control

I love it it was easy to install and apps were easy to connect

Where do I start with this unit this unit built occasionally lock and freeze on me. If I went in reverse the system would start to skip constantly until I cut the vehicle off to reset it. Occasionally just riding around it would start beating very loud it may not playing music or anything again until I cut the vehicle off. Luckily the technician at Best Buy allowed me to return this and purchase a different item.

Excellent radio, staff at best buy dickson city were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about car audio installation. All components installed very easily installed.

I'm huge into car stereo and this is too of the line. Turned my 2001 Silverado into a 2021 head unit wise!

Everything was working fine sound and quality ok but month 3 boom screen blacks out so looks like I’ll be buying another radio considering the cost I would have hoped it lasted a bit longer

Radio just shuts off. when does it turn on no music plays or phone calls go through. Best buy won't do anything about it even though its under warranty

I don’t care for this radio at all. I don’t like the fact that I can’t get on Facebook without the radio station cutting off.

I do not recommend this product. Bestbuy had us order extra parts to install this and to connect everything. The SWC connection doesn't exist, and the reverse camera doesn't work correctly(it is on; however, you need to wire the reverse by hand into your car's wiring harness). Planet Audio USA is unhelpful. After ten emails with a customer rep back and forth, they want to order more parts but won't tell or show me what the parts are for. Also the extra parts don't exist on their website. Recommendation: Look up your specific vehicle (youtube installation) and buy something that will work out of the box. Make sure your steering wheel switch will work and the reverse will work out of the box.

Really good stereo if you are looking for something that won’t break the bank, but works with wireless CarPlay as well as android auto. My only is it will glitch occasionally but that’s an easy fix just turn your car off then back on and screen should be working like normal i would definitely recommend this product

Got this product a couple of weeks ago and installed it in my car. So far everything goes smoothly. Have been thinking about the wireless carplay stereo for a while. And this one is pretty affordable and worth the price. Love the touch screen.
