The whole album is a great. Just play from track one and let it go straight through to the end. No need to skip tracks.

I really like Pitbull's ;music because it is upbeat. But I found it difficult to use for exercising. I just could not get a rhythm for cycling. However, this CD will get you moving otherwise.
