The cable works fine with a normal adapter, and the light at the device end of the cable is really nice at night. Only issue is using it with a rapid charger, it works, but the tip that plugs into the device gets really warm really fast. It hasn't burned out from it yet, but doesn't seem meant for that much current. With a normal adapter, it does not get warm at all though. Being a more expensive cable, I would have expected it to be able to handle the current from a rapid charger. I would give 5 stars if it didn't get hot.

So the end of this thing has an LED light on it that is pretty bright. There are pros and cons of having the light. In my car the power stays on all the time to the USB so when I use the cable the light stays on all the time too. It could possibly draw the attention of a thief especially at night. I ended up swapping it out and now I use it next to my bed. The good thing is that I love having the light in the dark as it makes finding the hole in my phone super easy with the light. The bad part is it adds more light to my room which is sometimes annoying when I want it to be pitch black. That being said the cable is very sturdy and great quality. I would buy it again if I needed one.

My wife and I have gone through our fair share of chargers for our vehicles. We even got to a point where we thought it was our acutal car outlets and got them checked out. Needless to say the car outlets were fine. Decided that I would quit trying to go the cheap route on chargers and spend a bit more money this time around. I was pleasantly surprised that this model works great and it still working to this day with no issues. My advice when it comes to phone chargers, especially ones for your car is to spend a bit more to get a quality product that is going to last.

This cord works with both my Samsung S5 and my husband's Note 4, so it works for us. I especially like the fact that it lights up, which is a great indicator that it is working. At night, it can a slight nuisance, but you won't really notice it after a while if you are heavy sleepers like us.

This cable is super sturdy. The lighted tip helps me to find my charging device in the pitch black of my bedroom. The only negative is that the tip gets hot when it's plugged into Samsung Note 4

I have several cords of this brand. All are high quality. This one has a light. It is nice when it's darn, helps to find the spot. This is lighted all the time, I think the one that you can squeeze and light would be even better.

Works great with Samsung S6/S5/S4 and tabs. Micro USB side gets BURNING hot when used with Qualcomm 2.0 or Samsung AFC.

The LED light is great. Bought two more for my other devices after buying my first one for my phone. Super fast charging.

Good so far. Works with all my devices needing a micro connection and the light is handy at night.

This cable is awesome! When it's dark in your car and you are trying to fish your charging cable out from under your seat the built in always on light makes it real easy to find. A few downsides, the tip get hot and if the tip came in different colors would be pretty cool.

I really like the length of the cable. I like the LEDS on the micro-usb end. Depending on which wall adapter I use, the metal ends of the cable can get REALLY HOT when I'm charging my devices.

This is a premium charger that I have not had any problems with. I love that the end lights up with touch which is helpful when trying to plug it up at night in the car (going down the road...shhhh!). I liked the product so much that I purchased another one for my home.

I have purchased 3 of them. I can always see the light at night this helps and if I forgot I can see it. The other thing I like is it seems to charge faster using these.

So glad I got this charger. Love the light attached to the cable. Helps find the port better in the dark. And it charges my phone and my phone stays charged.

Had issues with one I bought at Walmart but I decided to go to BestBuy. I asked for some assistance and they quickly found what I needed and I was on my way!

This finally started to charge my Samsung note 4 and galaxy note 10.1 tablet better than my other two chargers. The light stays lit so it's easy to find.

Led at the end is cool. Only problem is that it gets very hot where it plugs into the phone. Otherwise 5 stars.

The charge is what's expected like any decent charging cable. The LED light is what I've enjoyed. At night it makes it easy to find the cable.

Not sure what else to say about it. It does what this type of cable is suppose to do.
