Customers are enthusiastic about the USB-C ports, the charger's quality, and its compatibility with various devices, including Apple products. Many appreciate the long cord and the portability it offers for charging multiple devices simultaneously. However, some customers noted that the charger is relatively large and heavy. While some experienced no overheating issues, others found the wattage to be a limiting factor.

I love this charger! It charges my phone really fast . In like 15 minutes of charging it’s like at 25%. I take it everywhere and it can charge 3 items at one time.

Absolute beast of a charger! Very versatile and quick for most of my devices. I see a lot of scenarios where I have avoided carrying multiple chargers because of this and I'm grateful for that. Only con is that the charger is a little bit bulky

I bought this because I have an iPad Pro, a Dell Computer with usb and a MacBook, in order to have one charge for all 3 of my items. It seems that even with having just the USB C plugged in it charges my iPad Pro slower than the charger that comes with the ipad itself. The USB C port should be 47w if nothing else is connected so its more powerful than the iPad Pro brick. I’m not too impressed, but bought it when it was on sale for like $40 and had some certificates so I didn’t pay too much out of pocket. Had I not had the certificates or it been on sale, I would hav most likely returned it and spent more money on a better one.

---HIGHLIGHTS---
65 Watts of Total Power, Can Charge 3 Devices Simultaneously, Retractable Blades, Premium Build Quality, Attractive White Finish, Limited Lifetime Warranty
---DESIGN AND USE---
This charger is designed with portability and power in mind. The retractable blades and compact size allow it to be transported easily without damaging other items in your bag.
When plugged in and receiving power, a pleasant blue LED light is illuminated.
This charger delivers a total of 65 watts to up to 3 devices simultaneously. 47 watts is reserved for the USB-C output, and the remainder is reserved for the USB ports to share. The USB-C port can output up to 3 Amps. The Amps will not be relevant unless you are charging a laptop that requires more than 3 Amps. This is why you sometimes get a message that a “low power charger is being used.” If you see this message your laptop is still charging but at slightly less than the full charging potential. See the attached photo I posted for the full power specifications.
This charger is exceptionally well manufactured and exceeded my expectations. The retractable blades extend and retract with remarkable precision and smoothness. Once you try it you will know what I mean. It also carries a limited lifetime warranty.
Also included is an extra-long 8-foot USB-C to USB-C cable. The cable it very thick and sturdy and features a nice Velcro strap to wrap it with. The build quality certainly matches the quality of the adapter.
---BOTTOM LINE---
With USB-C becoming the new charging standard, this charger is perfect for taking on the road. It is powerful enough to charge a laptop while being versatile enough to charge your other devices using the other 2 USB ports.
The footprint is larger than your typical USB power adapter, but is smaller than your average laptop adapter. With this charger you can leave all your other chargers at home when you travel.

Am sure I am like most people living among countless electronics that needs constant charging, from tablets to phone to laptops that switched from normal charging ports to USB-C.
This charger was the answer to all problems because it is a fast charger, that is well built and can charge multiple devices at the same time.
In the box comes:
- USB-C charger
- USB-C charging cable
- And a quick setup guide (that no one reads).
The USB-C port has up to 3A output charging capability which is
Very fast.
- The 2 normal USB ports can charge at 2.4A or 3.6A depending on
If you are using one or both ports at the same time.
- The real jewel here is the 8 ft. USB-C to USB- C charging cable. It
Is the thickest, most well built cable I have seen in my life to date.
The platinum brand is a good brand, backed by BestBuy and it has
A lifetime limited warranty.

Great Multi-Purpose Charger

If you're tired of lugging around multiple chargers to power your laptop, tablet, and phone, then this Platinum USB-C charger might be a good solution. Just be sure to determine how much power your devices require before you purchase. Most larger laptops, for instance, require more than the 47 W of power that this charger provides via USB-C.
PROS:
- This charger provides up to 65W of power to connected devices, which is great, but also a bit misleading. That power is shared between the USB-C port and the two traditional USB Type A ports. The USB-C port on this charger outputs up to 47W, which is perfect for devices such as small Windows laptops (like my Dell), MacBook Airs, and most tablets (including iPad Pros). However, larger or more powerful laptops like MacBook Pros require at least 61W of power - so the 47W provided by this charger's USB-C port will not be enough. Bottom line: do your homework first and look at your laptop's current charger to see how much power it draws. If it's more than 47W, then you will need to find a more powerful charger than this one.
- The charger works perfectly over USB-C with my iPad Pro and my Dell Latitude laptop. I can also charge my iPhone 11 via one of the USB Type A ports while my iPad or laptop are plugged in.
- The cable is very long at 8 feet which is great for working at a desk.
- The cable is also very thick and durable -- it should last quite a while.
- A velcro cable strap is included, which definitely helps when traveling.
CONS:
- None to speak of!
OVERALL:
This is a great charger and should be the only one I need to travel with in the future. As long as you know the power requirements of your devices, you can buy with confidence. Recommended!

Does a great job charging multiple devices

Anything that can simplify one's life and get rid of some clutter is a welcome thing. This Platinum wall charger is great for its simplification, yet it provides such great flexibility with the number of types of devices it can charge.
Three devices can be charged simultaneously. The charger has one USB-C port and two USB ports. USB ports can charge tablets, smartphones, headphones and more. The prongs on the charger fold away nicely when not in use or when stored in a backpack. The charger does have a little weight to it so one needs to plug it firmly into the wall and ensure that space is adequate to accommodate the charger. The front of the charger features a blue LED power indicator.
I'm looking forward to using this device when we travel. The build quality is very nice so it should be great at withstanding even portable use. It's nice that the Platinum charger has a Lifetime limited warranty also.
We'd strongly recommend this charger as a great option to charge multiple devices, including laptops. Given the build quality and the number of devices we all have in our lives now, one should find this to be a great value and convenience.

The Platinum USB-C Wall charger is a great charger for those on the go who want to keep a charger in their travel bag. It comes with the charging block and an 8' UCB-C cable. The charger sports a USB-C charging port and two USB ports. It will allow you to charge three units at once. It allowed me to charge my Samsung Laptop, IPhone and IPad at the same time.
One thing I noticed that when charging the Laptop with the USB-C I received a message that said " Auxiliary Power is connected." and that the will not charge correctly. The laptop did show charging though.
Another thing to consider is the charger is some what large and protrudes from the outlet when plugged in. It will need to have room around it to keep from being damaged.
This is a good travel charger or one that can be placed safely so long there is enough room around it.

Excellent multi-device charger with a good amount of power in a nice portable form factor. No problem at all charging my phone, headphones and ultra-book at the same time. The aesthetic is a little “apple” like, with the collapsible plug and white finish. The unit has a nice blue led glow when actively charging. The USB-C cable is a good gauge and everything seems really well made.
Overall, a handy all in one charger that can power your usb-c charging laptop and 2 additional USB devices. Great product!

It Works... But....

I have mixed feelings about this adapter. It’s huge and heavy. The cable that comes with it is huge and heavy. It’s insulated and thick enough to charge a MacBook, Chromebook, or a Laptop with USB-C charging. But it’s also very cumbersome and bulky. It works, but it’s not my ideal charging solution because of how awkward and big it all is. This adapter and the included usb-c cable take up almost as much, if not more, space in my bag than the adapter that came with the laptop and it’s essentially three times the size of the Samsung adaptive chargers or the bigger iPad chargers.
I tested this adapter with a LG Gram Windows 10 laptop which supported USB-C charging, multiple phones, and tablets. USB-C charging with the LG Gram worked, but it was slower than a charge with the standard power adapter. If charging from 30 percent with the standard ac adapter, the computer would estimate a complete charge time of an hour and a half, but with usb-c it would be closer to two and a half hours. I couldn’t figure out why most people wouldn’t just charge the laptop normally and plug their phones into the laptop to charge if they were desperate to save outlets? Maybe that is a limitation on the tablet or on the usb-c hardware?
With my Samsung Galaxy tablet, I could get adaptive fast charging if I used the included USB-C cable, but not if I used the standard USB-A to USB-C cable that came with the tablet and I just found that USB-C cable too bulky. I don’t know why I lost adaptive charging with the USB-A outlets.
iPhone and iPad charging worked great. I could see myself trying a different usb-c cable in the future and then this seems like a better option as I would have a usb-a for watch, another for a charging pad, and then the usb-c for tablet.
Apologies for this review. It is all over the map. I really like the idea of having one charger for everything. But I’m not going to charge my laptop with this if it charges faster over a standard connection. I might see this being a good travel option, but I would want a more flexible cable.
I would recommend this if you want a solid usb-c charger for your devices and you’re okay with the size and the fast charging compatibility issues.

This is comparable to another one of these charging blocks I purchased a while back. Does a great job charging up my devices, but one thing that I really appreciate on this block is that it has 3 ports as opposed to the other brand I purchased that only had 2. This allows me to charge up my laptop/iPad, phone, and watch all together so this is great for traveling. It just allows me to have to pack and lug around less things which is definitely a positive. Other than that it’s relatively small for what it does and great that it comes with a cable as well. I can completely recommend this, especially if you travel.

Charger for all connections

This is a ultra heavy duty charger that passes a charging current over USB C (47 watts) and standard USB A (12 watt) connections. I used the unit to charge over USB, micro USB, and mini USB with adapters.
The very heavy duty long USB C cable is designed to carry 47 Watts easily.
You can also use an adapter on the USB C charger port and pass current over other USB connections with certified adapters if you device and cable can handle the 47 watts. Not recommended unless you know what you are doing and have checked the specifications of the device and adapters being used. The USB C has a max output of 3 amps. The C port is for charging laptops and devices needing 47 watts or less. Perfect power brick for a laptop with a C port for power.

Actually a quality product, one I probably should have kept but returned to get something cheaper off of Amazon. I needed more ports personally, but this thing had no problem charging my phone, watch, Mac or iPad Air. Definitely recommend. Feels premium and the cord they give is just as good if not better than the Apple mac one.

Nice little power brick. The 47W USBC will charge most of the late model thin laptops and tablets while the other 2 are good for phones and the like. I used it as a travel charger that covered most devices.
The downside is that the design can fall out of some outlets similar to some of the Apple laptop bricks if you are familiar with them. It doesn’t happen everywhere and there are ways to protect against it, but I thought it worth mentioning.

AWESOME POWER BRICK FOR USB C AND MORE

I am not a fan of USB C charging, and I don't know if anyone else is, but it is the future or so it seems. My worry is how small the plug is and it is easy for it to be half way hanging out and not fully contacting all of the time while you are charging and working.
I have held off buying anything like this because I was under the impression that USB C might just go away and that would be something else to sit in the desk drawer.
But as it turns out, USB C is a real thing and it isn't going away. My Acer 15" Chromebook uses this. My Iphone has a USB C charging option. My MacBook Air does not, but future versions will. And I know I have other stuff around here that uses USB C charging.
What is nice about this power brick is that it gives you the chance to leave the brick plugged in, and then use the included cable to charge that device without changing power supplies as you change devices. This is the beauty of USB C, it is standardized and as more devices adopt this, one supply can charge everything. So this is a good plan, just call me old fashioned.
Anyway, I used this power brick to charge my Acer 15" Chromebook from a completely dead battery, to 35% in just minutes. Very fast. While I was doing that, I plugged in my phone into one of the USB ports and starting charging that. And I also plugged in a small USB light into one of the other USB ports. All are and have been working just fine. No complaints. Everything just works like it should.
If you are like me and debating if you should go down this road, take my advice and just do it - the time and frustration changing chargers to ultimately charge things with USB C is time you'll never get back. Set up one in each of the places you find yourself charging most often and you'll always be charged/topped off.
Great product, seems very well built, no complaints at all. Looks like an Apple MacBook charger, wrapped just as well (remove the overwrap before using) and has been very helpful.

This is a very high quality product that works well with IOS devices. The two USB ports let me charge my phone and iWatch along with my iPad. Only down side is the charging base is rather large and could take up two electrical socks on a power strip depending on how it is configured. Large size means you can't just put it into your pocket either. Thus my 4 vs. 5 stars. But again, what you gain is a solid device that charges quickly.
