I'm pretty rough with my gear and each of these I've had with this model of phone have done their job well. Only downside is the lifetime warranty is pretty lilited to the fact they have to have the item in stock. Was a big pain in the a** to get them to honor the warranty because they're considered end of life for selling them.

bought this holder when I bought a new phone it was perfect for my needs . I could clip it to my waist band or anywhere really.. it lasted almost 2 years but the kickstand was getting very loose and finally the top clip that holds the phone inside the holster just snapped.... so I simply bought another to replace it...

This is a pretty nice case if all you require is a holster case with a belt clip. It may not protect the phone as well as an Otter case, but it's belt clip and phone retention clip is far superior. I've had two Otter cases and both of them broke after some time of use. Specifically, the Otter phone retention clip that is just a piece of plastic eventually wears to the point of fatigue from flexing back and forth and simply breaks off. The spring solution used in this case is much better and I don't foresee it breaking from material fatigue. The dual kickstands are also really nice; both the phone case and the holster have kickstands!

Don't like keeping my phone in my pocket and this holster/case is the perfect solution. Been using platinum cases for about 5 years now on several different phones. I'm an auto mechanic and this case has survived the abuse I put it through with no problem. Won't have a phone without a platinum holster and case. PERIOD!!!!

l continue to use these cases on all of my phones and my wife's phones. I prefer to have a case with a holster for the belt. They eventually all break, but this one is as good or better than the much more expensive brands. I hope best buy will continue to carry these case/holster sets.

I like this case because it works very well for the way I use it . Which is to attach my phone to my waist band when I exercise. It is sturdy and firmly holds the phone and securely holds it on my waist band. It appears to be strong and should give good impact protection.

It's not as bulky as an otterbox. Protection appears to be good. I've dropped it a few times & nothing more than a scuff on the corner.

Really great item that has 2 parts, a case and holster with the belt clip. There is a kickstand on the case and also on the holster. Very good quality and not cheap plastic at all. I'm very happy with the choice I made.

I bought this case as a replacement to my prior one, which was also a platinum (pt) brand. The case has cutouts for the buttons and jacks which I prefer over the "rubber buttons" some cases have to cover over those on the phone. I have had some minor issue with the charging cable "cutout" barely being big enough for one of the generic charging cables I have. That cable is a tight fit or it pops out once in a while. It isn't a problem with the branded Samsung cable, or my car charger. So charge cables with thicker plastic at the plug might be an issue. Alternatively you can use the Wireless charger with this case without any problems. The case is in two parts (not including the holster). The top and bottom slide on easily and hold tight. There is a little bit of a lip overhang over the edge of the front of the screen which seems to provide a little extra protection in the case of a fall. The seam where the two parts meet isn't quite as flush as I was hoping, but does fully cover the phone and doesn't seem to be distracting at all. This case has a kickstand which is kind of a novel feature, but it's not adjustable in regards to the angle (roughly 45 degrees). It's either out or not. It allows for your phone to be in a "landscape" orientation only placing the volume buttons at the top right and cords plugs on the left side when sitting this way. I'm finding that I'm using the kickstand more than I expected to. It's not too noticeable when holding the phone, although the kickstand does have a little lip around it on the case. While it came with a holster. I'm not really a fan of them. That being said, the holster looks pretty sturdy and holds the phone part of the case well.

I used this case before on my Samsung S4 and it was awesome. Now I purchased the same case for my S6 and it's good but.... not quite the same. It's harder to remove the phone out of the case.

Holds real well for dress pants or blue jeans. Product can take a lick and or hit. If you wear on your side,it can be damaged by enclosed areas like a wheelchair or a door.

The holster is one of the best designs I've seen. The phone clips in and out with ease while still holding it securely in place. The holster can double as a kickstand. The case offers moderate protection and the builtin kickstand is also useful. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the case design/aesthetics is very plain and boring. I was able to use this holster with a Spigen case.

Like the loving embrace of a mother to her baby, this phone case protects my phone from the dangers of the world. Although like a mother holding her baby, I still do my best not to drop my phone.

does what it is meant to do! The only problem I have is I end up snagging it on a cat walk or railing at work site and breaking it off - my bad though!

Was looking for a rugged case to carry my business phone since I'm in a factory setting. I also need something to allow me to stand the phone to show a video I may have captured. This case works! You can stand the phone in the clip or use the stand in the phone case wrap that comes with it. The rugged clip make it hard to pull the phone off your belt or pant pocket. I've drop the phone a couple times and the case makes the phone more durable.

The Belt Clip Case that I had for my work phone kept breaking at the Hinged Belt Clip. This Belt Clip Case has lasted (4) times longer than any other that I have purchased

I'm an apple fan. I've always had iPhones. I did have a couple of galaxies in the past and wasn't impressed. However, my dad needed an upgrade so I got him this. WOW! is all I can say. definite upgrade from the 3 I use to have the 5 my mom use to have. It's snappy and the pictures and video are awesome. I've even thought about switching myself. Great device and if you purchase one, you won't be disappointed. The only thing I will say, is the design is iphoneish, and there isn't a removal battery or option for memory expansion. However, i see they cleared of the expansion issue with the S7. Either way, a great buy.

I use this case when I'm wearing pants that don't have a pocket large enough to hold my phone without risk of losing. The belt clip works well and phone is very protected.

This phone case is really nice as it comes with a kickstand as well as a kickstand on the holder as well. Comes in different colors and I am very happy with this case

When switching from Galaxy 4 to new 6 Edge, I returned to a case that was known to be a pleaser. Durable, convenient and right sized.
