Needed something to hold my phone outside of a pants of shirt pocket. Works great, use hard to get the case open when I want to take it off.

The perfect fit along with the functionality of the kickstands make this a no brainer...5 stars

I just bought this for temporary use. We were on out way to New York and my new phone didn't have a case yet. I was nervous at first because they didn't have many options. This one was actually on sale and I thought I'd order an otter box when we got back. I've had this case for months now. Dropped the phone a few times and I still have not had to buy an otter box. It's thinner and the clip peace is perfect!

Both holster and case have kickstand, but the case kickstand places the phone control home/back buttons to the left side. The case is a two piece unit, so if you drop the phone outside of the holster it pops the case loose or worse opens completely. Good alternative to an Otterbox.

I like the holster/ clip. Works well for daily use. I like versatility of the case, and clip.

I think one thing that is missing is the inability to change the direction of the hard shell.

I was looking for a case for my Samsung Edge and couldn't find a good one that would protect the phone because of the edge part ... but thanks to Best Buy found this great case for a very cheap price .. it can be turned around to protect the phone while still allowing me to use the edge portion of my Samsung ... a must have

This is the fifth or sixth time I purchased this particular case and holster for my Samsung galaxy phones (I've owned galaxy 5 & 6), and I have tried many cases for them. My phone has been dropped many times and the case has never failed me. On the other hand the part I love the best is the holster/clip for the phone. It is, in my opinion, the best one out there. It keeps the phone firmly attached and has many moving parts that gives the phone mobility while in the holster. Unfortunately, the best part of the holster is also it's weakest part. The clip is on a spring and the entire thing is plastic. That part has broken every time I've bought this product, and yet I continue to replace it each time. When it's working it's the best. When any of the plastic parts crack or breaks, the whole things becomes useless..

I'm a klutz and occasionally drop my phone. This case has protected it from any damage. 'Nuff said.

it has polycarbonate/ABS hard shell and a face-in design for reliable defense. it looks fantastic on the phone

Although the old one broke (exact same model) after a year; no other holster is as easy to use.
