Great case with 1 crucial error

It comes across as very durable and holds the Samsung Tab very tightly. The one and only problem that this case has would have been a deal breaker if I would have seen it at the store. There is no opening for the charging port. If you want to charge the tab, or utilize the USB, then you have to take it out of the case. This has become annoying to the point that the case now sits in a drawer.

She was kind and knowledgeable. Great customer service and the product is fine.

Good sturdy case
