Over all I expected a better performance from the device but handles games very well and doesn’t over heat so I would give it a 9/10.

I ordered a PS5 which they delivered with no packaging, literally sat a ps5 on my door in EAST DALLAS. Like how careless can they be, I left my 12 yr old at home just to be able to get the package but they didn’t knock or ring the doorbell like I asked. And when I called customer service it took them 10 business days to email me and say “please contact you local law enforcement” WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !

I picked up my PS5 from Best Buy and I’ve been loving it ever since. Setup was super easy, and the whole buying process was smooth, which was a nice bonus. Using it day to day has been awesome. If you’re thinking about getting one from Best Buy, I’d definitely recommend it
